★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Half of the dishes that we ordered from the menu were not available, they have more than 50 menus on the list but most of them are sold out / not available, no maguro / tuna and beef dishes at all, what’s the point putting so many menu when we can’t order it?! On the table there is a promotion brochure buy one get one free Atama salmon, when we’re about to order it the waiter said the promo no longer valid as the quantity of the salmon head is limited hahahaha, so unprofessional, they should’ve taken the brochure down FGS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service during October 31st-Halloween is ABSOLUTELY POOR. No manager was present during a BUSY SUNDAY. The captain did NOT wear a mask properly. If you are planning to go here, don’t— until another year.
Food was guaranteed to arrive within 30 mins. Actual food time - 55+ mins to get all of our orders.
LOTS of food were sold out/unavailable for order when we arrived at 11 AM. I suspect dinner will be the same POOR service, lack of staff, and overcrowded ambience.
Truly the worst sushi Hiro establishment to date!
