★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kwetiaw Sapi Kelapa Gading is one of the recommended place to enjoy a tasty kwetiaw (flat noodle) in some variants of serving, such as goreng (fried), siram, kuah, yam, and bun with beef or seafood as the topping. Besides kwetiaw, they also provide noodle, bihun (white rice vermicelli), and fried rice. Their restaurant at Boulevard street is a simple restaurant without air conditioner and with an open kitchen. I have tried all of the variant of serving, and my favorites are goreng, siram (especially with bihun), and bun.
During the pandemic, they still open, but they does not provide dining in. I ordered the food by using food delivery service. I tried my favorite Bihun Siram Sapi (IDR 53,000). White rice vermicelli with the thick broth of sliced fried garlic, served with beef, beef tripe, beef knuckle, fried eggs, and vegetables.
The famous and most favorite menu in common is Kwetiaw Siram, but why do I like Bihun Siram instead of Kwetiaw Siram? It is because the thin texture of bihun when combines with the thick broth will make two "layers". First is the dried part of bihun, and second is the wet part from the thick broth ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Kuetiaw resto since decades ago. Taste good, affordable price, quick serving. They have variety of Kuetiaw dishes (goreng, siram, bun, yam)... and some other dishes are also available.

- The Kwetiaw Sapi Siram and Goreng is recommended ??
- The parking space is enough for 7-10 cars and some motorcycles parking
- Each table is for 4 people and there are more than 10 tables
- As usual, they serve the fishcake (otak-otak) in the table
- Don't too late to come to this place because sometimes the kwetiaw is sold out
Besides that, the cons that I experienced was the place is a little bit dirty maybe this is the suggestion for the owner to keep the place neat and clean which is good for the customers
