β β β β β Found this place hidden at MKG 1. A sushi/mazesoba place. Tried out their Beef tongue donburi. The tongue is thinly sliced and cooked well, it is seasoned with teriyaki sauce. Although not really loving the rice because for me it tasted slightly towards local Indo rice. Also had the crispy salmon skin, it tastes good although it took longer to cook than the main dish. The spicy mayo is a great accompaniment and definitely gives a kick to the meal.

β β β β β Favorite mazesoba. I would recommend the spicy chi-teri mazesoba with spicy sauce if you like noodles and something spicy. Super loveeeee. Oh and the curry rice taste great too. Price wise quite high but consider the taste it is worth it. Ambience and service not bad. Quite pricey but decent sushi

β β β β β Excellent decoration, delicious ramen with high quality seaseed and perfectly half boiled egg, cute beverage called aihime. A good way to spend your night in the middle of crowded jakarta. Keep the good score.

A similar dish to Abura yet this one Pork & Lard free. They also serve sushi & sashimi.
The one in Kelapa Gading recently open, tried their Beef Soba. They have various toppings, Chicken, Salmon & Mushroom for Vegans.
Additional toppings are also various, Onsen Egg, Bamboo Shoots, Cheese, etc.
Since they have 2 Types of Dishes Range (Soba & Sushi), they separate their Menu into 2 Bundles. Appetizers & Desserts are also available which made the place suitable for Snacking time.
Kids friendly environment.
Quite pricey place for MKG 1 area ?

β β β β β The rice bowl (donburi) taste good, although it came out differently from the picture. Everything was there like in the picture, except for the half-boiled egg. Too bad! I was imagining mixing my bowl of beef slices with that egg : (

β β β β β Dulu sempat nyoba yg di PIK, pesan sobanya and it was okay. Waktu tau buka di Gading, intrested buat nyoba lagi karena menunya makin variatif. And i was blown away how improved theyβve got. We ordered salmon stairs & salmon rice bowl (forgot the name in the menu) and it was delicious, the salmon was fresh & generous. Also tried their recommended βKabuto Bombβ, for me the taste mostly covered by beef floss & the mayo was too much. Will definitely b back again to try another dishes.

β β β β β Ordered Hanbe Mazesoba (Premium Beef, dry ramen/without soup), we can choose the level/how the beef is cooked (well done/medium well/medium/medium rare?). Taste is quite good, beef is juicy, but the portion, in my opinion, is not big enough... Maybe they should give an option to choose large portion? ?
