Test process painless and time efficient. Report and receipt sent via WA.
I am a regular customer, because my job requires me to travel frequently.
The only improvement I can suggest is registration code (numbers) can be substituted with QR code.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it’s so stupid they made a system that looks cool, contact less and is completely self sufficient from registering online to printing the barcode.
But thennn they don’t stick the bar code you print to the sample.
They only put the blank sample tube on a tray with number written in white boardmarkers (Can be Rubbed off) and write the same number on the barcode sticker with that same white board marker.
Then the person taking the sample is not the person putting the sample on the antigen cassette cause the person taking sample only pass the multiple trays to the room inside where they pour the samples to the cassettes.
On top Of that they send over the barcode stickers inside in a stack in which the numbers can be completely rubbed off.
So there is a VERY high chance the guy inside the room to take the wrong tube and pour it on the casette w our names or take the wrong barcode and stick it on the cassettes.. because All the tubes remain blank and Clear ? and we won’t even know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding and quick response in very economical price. I had pcr test of 4 family members with results expected by 24 hours. I received the 1st result within 6 hours and all results were there within 20 hours. The test itself was conducted very professionally without any kind of irritation in throat or nose. Registration and payment procedure was very simple. The space was a little constraint but I would take it in this price. Outstanding Speedlab

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a few days in advance. The process was fast and easy. They would send you payment proof and also a QR code.
Once you arrive, enter the main building (on the left) and they have computers where you can scan your QR code and it'll print out some kind of tag. Go out and turn left to drop the tag. They will call out your name once it's your turn.
We paid for 10hour result PCR test. We got tested at 12pm and the result came in around 6pm via Whatsapp. However the result didnt indicate what time the sample was taken/test was done. Could be problematic if asked by airline. They are also not responsive on whatsapp (seems like a one way thingie?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for PCR. Booking process is very easy, but it's good to book ahead of time, like 2 or 3 days ahead. You would get WhatsApp messages confirming your booking once completed. On test day, scan the QR code inside the registration building, take your printed barcode, then present it at the lab. They'll call your name based on your sequence number. We signed up for a 10 hour result. Came at 12, by around 1830 the result was sent through WhatsApp.
My only complaint, there is NO indication as to WHAT TIME the sample was taken. If you are traveling overseas, this might cause a problem as airlines might ask for 72 or 48 hour to departure.
What they give you is the DATE only. So becareful. One other thing, they don't respond to your WhatsApp messages.
