★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got there saturday at their last minute before their service closed but their staff welcoming us very friendly and helpfull so no doubt that we were at the right place, the only problem is building location at the bussiest road so you have to patient with traffic.
Place is clean and tidy good laah

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A convenient place to do your medical check up. I did my MCU on November after previously chatting via WA to the customer service. Parahita has several packages for MCU and you can choose which is relevant to you. On the day, I came in the morning 6:45 am, still not many people, did my payment and was directed to do blood test and follow up with other test. The result is about 3 days after that. Thank you for the prompt and friendly service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited for MORE than 1 hour because the cashier whose initial was MC didn't direct me to go the X-Ray section right away! After I registered, she said that I will be called later "Ditunggu ya nanti dipanggil". So I wait.
I wait and wait but they didn't call me yet.
She finally called my name and told me "Mbaknya mau rontgen ya? Kalo rontgen ke sebelah sana sih Mba (ngarahin ruangannya)". Well how should I know??? This is my first time hereee! ?
Turns out that she SHOULD HAVE directed me to the X-Ray section right after I registered.
After I did the X-Ray get the result (it only took about 10 minutes LOL), I went to the registration table and complained to her why she didn't direct me right away, but she denied it! She said she already direct me
I was so irritated and almost lost my temper, but didn't want to argue anymore so I just left
I have WASTED my precious time in this place!!! ?

About an hour ago I got a call from Mrs. Nina, a representative for Parahita Warung Buncit.
She apologized for the inconvenient situation I was in. I have told her what had happened to me this afternoon and she felt sorry for that. She said she will later communicate this with the cashier I mentioned before, Mrs. MC.
Thank you especially to Mrs. Nina for the fast response to my complaint. You did a good job on handling this. ??

More than what was stated in the invoice & brochure.
Result was in ~30hours.
Very disappointed.
I'd recommend BUMAME than this.
