★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended. Giving 5 days to receive the reimbursement, but got to wait more than 10 days. Sent email 16th Nov and not received yet the to Nov 27th and said will be arriving on 29th Nov. MENGECEWAKAN ! SORRY TO SAY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time to visit Fullerton health today, the service is excellent clear and professional. Done PCR test for 2 ppl. Arrive at 11am by 11.30 finish including the payment. The fastest process so far compare to other health facilities. Waiting the next day for result

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time to do mcu in this facility..employee impression nice , competent and helpfull.. facility and equipment complete enough..only need to revisit process for mcu..current process/systems still manual..no fix sequence on mcu process that can help customer to estimate how long we will wait till it finish all the test required..need few times ask , what else test that still missing..room for improvement in term of time efficiency..over all still good services..thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's my second time here mainly because of the location which is just perfect for me.
It's a small clinic so we don't need to walk far away for the exams like we'd do in big hospital.
The registration process was efficient and staffs here are nice and courteous.
There's always room for improvement though.
Don't forget to bring our own wet tissue (for our body after that sticky gel used for USG probe) and snack as per your diet.
They give choco UHT milk and small bread, would be nice to know what's the bread's filling.
There's only one toilet for female and one for male while we might take long time taking samples, but outside the clinic there are other toilets that we can use.
Attendances/ nurses can be more courteous, one was a little jutek probably because they rushed everything, maybe.
And probably would be nice to have certain time before treadmill exam, not right after taking blood samples.I was still dizzy.
Indonesia is certainly lack of Ophthalmologist that almost on my every MCU they're always the one stood me up sometime for hours. Here after waiting for 1 hour finally the doctor came and did the exam on my eyes for exactly 1 minute.
Finally, hopefully the result would not be taking too long.
Update; it's been 12 working days and my company and I still haven't received the MCU result yet
