β β β β β they seem do not care about customer. the call center is always busy. you will waste your time and money for talking to machine and the your call will be dropped. they handle customer issue very very very very very very slow.
low cost airline has much much much better customer service rather than this so called 5star airline.
I have spent hours to call their call center to solve issue with failed booking. they charged my CC and no ticket for me.
I called Indonesia call center for hour with none connected to agents . I spent money to make International call to reach SG call center and connect me to wrong department.
they have slow response and no customer centric approach to solve the issues.
You might reconsider using this β5starβ service to avoid the similar trouble that I had.

β β β β β Extremely BAD SERVICE from the customer service system!. Like others have said on their reviews here, very slow service indeed! they are not just understaffed, from 6 desks/counters, only available 3 staffs, of those 3, 1 staff seemed always go inside, taking care something, leaving basically only 2 staffs in front desk.
I was here from 13.50, waited for 1 hour and still far from my queue number (10 numbers/people before me who were also still waiting) and during that 1 hour they only able to serve 5 person! while there were 12 people waiting!. There was a lady who had been there before me from 11.30 am and still not being served!. Apparently there is no such a thing called: Turn Around Time standard to serve customer more time effectively on their customer service playbook.
No queue numbers are being displayed on their queueing system monitor/TV. How do people should know what number that are being served?!. The staffs are taking their time to cater the customer and negleting the ones that are waiting. They even handled one customer for the more than 1 hour !!. So good luck if you're trying to squeeze in, come here during your lunch break, you probably need to take a day off.
I really do not understand how they keep on winning best airline in the world award for several times, such an overrated.

β β β β β Absolutely disgraseful service,english in Jakarta airport so poor ,sitting with sour faces asking questions not related to their flight,we had never such a bad experience before.They are an expensive airline do not waist your money on poor service,you can get a better quality for the same price...

β β β β β Trying hard to find minus star. But could not find. Simgapore Airlines Jakarta does not deserve any star. Most poor services. Wonder how Singapore Airlines Central office does not take any action. You are loosing many customers day by day because of your poor service.

β β β β β Sadly, their service is unprofessional for a major airline like Singapore Airlines. We called this office and their HQ in Singapore many times, but no one picked up the phone. We called the airport office, but they canβt do anything. We emailed them and we got response two days afterwards. We had to que for hours here. They only have two staffs. The management definitely does not care about the time of their customers.
If only I can give zero star about the way they handle their customers.
