Sebelum keberangkatan, nelfon dulu ke kantornya dg nomer telfon yg blkgnya 78.. dikatakan untuk baby tidak tersedia bassinet, hanya diprovide baby meal saja, kemudian krn transit 8 jam, dikatakan tdk diprovide hotel, krn kategori tiket budget safer, tapi diperbolehkan keluar bandara manila
kenyataan di hari H:
di bandara blg, untuk babymeal harus request h-7 keberangkatan, tapi lg diusahakan...
di pesawat:tidak dapat baby meal
di bandara manila: tidak boleh keluar bandara
?
sungguh..... gak mau lagi naik phillipines airlines
tidak ada koordinasi yg baik antara staff di kantor pusat, counter di bandara dan di phillipine ?????

Before departure, first call to his office with the number of the phone which has 78 numbers ... it is said that for baby there is no bassinet available, only a baby meal is processed, then for an 8 hour transit, it is said that the hotel does not have a video, because of the budget safer ticket category, but is allowed to leave Manila airport
reality on day D:
at the airport blg, for babymeal must request h-7 departure, but lg tried ...
on the plane: no baby meal
at Manila airport: may not leave the airport
?
really ..... no longer want to take phillipines airlines
There is no good coordination between staff at headquarters, counters at the airport and at Phillipine ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karena dibatalkan penerbangan akibat pandemi covid, kami mau meminta refund, namun telepon semua extension dikantor ini tidak diangkat, dan email satu pun tidak dibalas. Kapoklah berurusan dengan PAL, mending naik maskapai lain yg sedikit lebih mahal tapi gampang menghubungi maskapainya.
Because the flight was canceled due to the Covid pandemic, we wanted to ask for a refund, but all extension extensions at this office were not picked up, and no email was returned. Give up dealing with PAL, it's better to take another airline that is a little more expensive but easy to contact the airline.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di email responnya lama sekali refund diberikanya travel voucher sudah 2 tahun perpanjang terus padahal percuma berangkat dalam kondisi seperti ini. Mau berangkat eh Manila belum diperbolehkan menerima penerbangan , gmn mau berangkat. Sekarang saya positif covid dan mau minta uang kembali buat biaya berobat susahnya minta ampun. ga usah deh pakai maskapai ini lagi.
In the email, the response took a long time to get a refund. The travel voucher has been extended for 2 years, even though it's useless to leave in this condition. If you want to leave, Manila is not yet allowed to receive flights, how can you go? Now I'm positive for covid and want to ask for money back for medical expenses, it's hard to ask for forgiveness. You don't have to use this airline again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their office at the 33th floor offers a nice view over a part of the main throughfare of Mega Kuningan, with the LRT line being constructed. The office itself is spaceous and offers room to 4 service desks. When I visited the place there was no queue. Staff is professional and quick to help. I was offered free seat selection as well. Philippine Airlines only serves a few routes from Indonesia, so this lesser-known airline might be a good way to fly to the US and Canada via Manilla without too much of a hassle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried updating my PAL booking via call center, not efficient because the staff could not understand my problems eventhough its not difficult.
However, I went straight to the Kuningan office today and was served by staff named Egi. She was friendly and efficient, and was able to resolve my booking on the spot.
