★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont understand that in this modern era, there is still people that dont respect people's time. 3 times scheduling to visit the apartments listed in flokq, and 3 times cancel. either by miscommunication by the flokq team, or owner suddenly uncontactable during the D day. Complete disrespect and unprofessional behavior. should've just closed your business if you can't like one.
never ever use this service at all cost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed in a lot of places in Jakarta, however, the hospitality that Flokq shows is just AMAZING.
Harmeet personally sees to it that all the facilities are perfect and that any complaints are properly dealt with immediately.
The amount of services is also amazing, from cleaning to new bedsheets every week to laundry to amenities, everything is so well thought of. He went out of his way to find me a house in Casa Grande next to Kokas as I wanted to stay someplace near a mall.
I only have high praise for Flokq and I would like to advise everyone, especially expats to try their service out. They have an amazing app as well, in which they are SUPER responsive.
Amazing service Flokq. Please do not change. :-)

I recently got an apartment on lease in jakarta with the help of flokq coliving. I have engaged with many others. Saw almost 50-60 apartments in 2 months and finally met flokq guys.
Harmeet and his team (Mr.Hafiz) had been in substantial and never lost there patience with someone like me, who was very choosy. They even came to show me a single property once.
But with the variety these guys have and the choices they present. You can't just say No.
They also help to tweak and do the upgradations in the apartment. Do all the contractual work for you.
