★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enak free air minum, wifi lumayan kenceng, baju dicuci kan per org 4pcs, bisa masak sepuasnya minusnya ada bbrp kamar yg kurang baik ventilasinya
 Delicious free drinking water, wifi is pretty fast, clothes are washed per person 4pcs, can cook as much as minus minus there are some rooms that are poorly ventilated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi nya cukup strategis. Dekat daerah Sudirman dan Kuningan. Tidak jauh juga dari Landmark, Dukuh Atas.
Dekat juga dengan SMAN 3 Jakarta, Polsek Setiabudi, Puskesmas Kelurahan, Pasar Mencos.
Kisaran harga 1,7 s.d 2,4jt. Kamar mandi dalam. WC duduk dan pakai keran shower.
Single bed, ada juga yang double bed, AC, TV kabel, Meja Kursi dan lemari tergantung harga sewanya.
Lingkungan ramai sampai malam, banyak pilihan tempat makan.
Mayoritas anak kost mahasiswa dan karyawan. Kalau malam, jalan masuk diportal.
The location is quite strategic. Near Sudirman and Kuningan areas. Also not far from the Landmark, Dukuh Atas.
It is also close to SMAN 3 Jakarta, Setiabudi Police, Village Health Center, Mencos Market.
The price range is 1.7 to 2.4 million. Ensuite bathroom. WC sit down and use the shower tap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended kost to live in! You don't need to worry to pay your electricity, wifi, mineral water, you can get it all. Even you can watch Game of Thrones episode premiere since they provide TV cable which include HBO. You can also later a shower with a warm water when you realize GoT has its final episode tomorrow, lol.
