A general Kos around setiabudi area located in central Jakarta in the middle of sudirman and kuningan area.
Have all ameties such as bathroom, water heater, air conditioning, wifi and mineral water every floor. There is also a kitchen in 4th and 3 floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This kos may not seem much, but it has a superb & neat management with plenty of kos experience. Not to mention very helpful staff. Lived here for 3+ years and pretty sure I'm the longest staying resident.
Internet is inconsistent, and hot water is weak in the morning. But overall it's a cozy place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for temporary living place. Good price, good location, and good facilities. But unfortunately, the parking area is too small for tenants, especially for car parking area. If you dont bring your own vehicle and just living for a while, this place is recommended. And this place is also recommended for foreign worker people who works around Kuningan or Sudirman area.
