★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celebrate my father's birthday by staying in fraser. The place is very cozy and convenience. Near to the shopping mall. Breakfast is various and delicious. We had good joyful swimming here. The staff also very polite and friendly, especially mas aries and mas Rizki the room boy. They always ready to help. This experience I Will never forget. We Will come back for sure. Thank you fraser.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have stopped spending money on maintenance so this place is now in desperate need of refurbishment. If you’re lucky you will get an ok apartment. If unlucky you will get one with filthy carpets, stained sofa, fraying curtains, a leaky ceiling (yes, that actually happened) and appliances that don’t work properly.
I see that they have replied to this review but they don’t acknowledge that I complained to them directly more than ten times before they responded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here for staycation we were group of 8 and booked the apartement suite with 2 bedrooms.
The entire room was spacey, they provide cooking tools and utensils. Quite comfy living room section too. Just for me, the interior was quite old. But overall rating we’ll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel inside the Peak Apartment complex in South Jakarta for long term stays. It is one of the four Peak towers and comes with a large pool, gym, sauna, and steam room facilities, which are one of the best maintained in the town.
Friendly staff, good location, clean and well maintained. Rooms with double glass panels are really quiet. I think I already talked about maintenance.
