Coz I tried many times to call Samsat Jakarta Selatan and nobody answered my phone. There's should be a customer services or kind like that.
My secondhand car was bloked because of fraud case, and the case has been resolved. 2 weeks ago I went there to unblock my car, the staff said that he will text me, maybe after 2-3 days" and hello now is already 2 weeks.
I just wanna make a call to confirm my car status.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. Even though there's no clear steps stated, staffs are helpful. The only problem is they don't provide photocopy service inside. The one that people use "inside" the area is too crowded.
Pro tip: you can get your photocopy done on Plaza Semanggi basement. Almost no queueing, faster and maybe cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently, I had to visit the South Jakarta Samsat in order to do the physical inspection to register my motorbike. Given things I had heard from others and the fact that nobody goes to the DMV for fun, I had extremely low expectations.
That said, I was actually pleasantly impressed. The staff with whom I spoke were fairly professional- they were quite helpful in pointing me to the correct area for my inspection, explaining the process, etc. There was no sign or suggestion of impropriety.
To be clear, there is still lots of room for improvement (improved signage, for example), but all things considered and the incredibly low expectations I had, it was actually wasn't that bad. I know there are a lot of ways in which Jakarta can still improve, but let's give credit where credit is due. I think this is such an occasion. Well done.

I had to paid my tax of my second hand motorbike. Had to bring:
1. Real national id of the owner
2. Copy STNK
3. Copy ID (of no.1)
4. Copy BPKB
5. Letter of authority tranafer with stamp minimum of 10k idr and type by computer.
So far is satisfied, but it will be perfect if the building is larger because there are so may people inside and it is a little bit crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left without entering because the car park was full. The most parking area was locked for an event. Also without parking you are charged for parking. Trying again Wednesday. E Samsat is still not working.
Tried today again. Parking area still closed. Opening time 8-12. Trying again tomorrow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only spent roughly 20 minutes to get my bike 'gosok rangka' job done, quite faster than I expected. But I think they should rearrange queue and parking management in physique check counter, still confusing and timely ineffective.
