★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosan yang terbilang sangat mewah di Jakarta dan dekat dengan area kampus Binus, ya sudah ditebak harganya pun tidak murah untuk kos di sini.
Kosan lebih mirip apartment tipe studio, karena memang begitu, cukup luas dan sangat luas. Bahkan ada pemanas air nya di tiap ruangan.
Dari sisi keamanan sangat aman, dilengkapi CCTV di tiap sudut ruang, mulai dari pintu masuk sampai depan tiap kamar kos.
Kosan juga tertib, bersih dan nyaman. Memang tidak bohong, ada harga ada kualitas.

- Kasur juga sudah ada sprei, bantal dan gulingnya
- Lemari super besar, cocok buat yang punya barang banyak
Minusnya paling cuman listrik token, jadi harus berhemat menggunakan listrik disini.
