★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya baik banyak tempat makan disekitar lokasi Driver Gojek dan Grab gampang nyarinya.. Gak banjir.. klw ngirim apa2x selalu sampai krn ada toko Freshjus yang buka sampe malam..
Aman tempatnya krn lingkungan selalu terjaga hubungannya. dan dekat jalan yg terbuka 24 jam.. gak ditutup portal. Enak buat pegawai.. makanya yg tinggal disini rata2x tahunan.
 The place is good, lots of places to eat around the location. Gojek and Grab drivers are easy to find .. It doesn't flood .. I always send anything, because there is a Freshjus shop that opens until evening ..
Safe place because the environment is always maintained. and near a road that is open 24 hours .. the portal is not closed. Delicious for employees .. that's why those who live here on average annually.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngekos disini setahun, kamar delux 2,2jt. Lokasi strategis akses 24 jam enak kamar gede.. AC Daikin air beberapa kali macet.. tapi masih Oke.
Ngekos here a year, delux room 2.2 million. Strategic location. 24-hour access, nice big room ... Daikin's air conditioner jammed several times .. but still OK.

- Located beside of Freshjus stand, so you can order fresh juice easily
- Employee only dorm so no noisy student living here
- easy access to dorm and quite tall sun mark gate which is noticeable
- clean area since the owner hate dirty place
Cons :
- No chair, laundry, and electricity are using token
- No security staff, you have to contact owner if you want to visit the dorm
- Quite noisy on midday since it is located near road and it has open terrace on corner of corridor
