★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya bersih dan nyaman. Ada tempat parkir motornya didalam, aman pastinya. Diharapkan ber tamu sebelum jam 12 malam. Tutup gerbang jam 12malam.
The place is clean and comfortable. There is a parking space for the motorbike inside, it's safe for sure. Expected guests before 12 pm. Gate closes at 12pm.

Akses 24 jam (pagar dikunci jam 12 malam karena banyak motor anak kost parkir, tapi dikasih kunci pagar kok)
Bapak dan ibu kosny ramah :)
cheap, safe, clean.
24-hour access (the fence is locked at 12pm because there are many motorbikes for boarding children parking, but they are given a fence lock)

ad kamar yg ber AC,
perabotan bisa dibilang lengkap (lemari, kasur, rak sepatu, meja, kursi),
kamar mandi didalem kamar masing2,
ada laundri gratis,
air 24 jam,
keamanan? ini poin paling mantepnya
comfortable cost,
there are air conditioned rooms,
complete furniture (cupboards, mattresses, shoe racks, tables, chairs),
bathroom in each room,
there is free laundry,
24 hour water,
security? this is the best point

1. Harga value for money
2. Aman, gerbang dikunci setiap jam 12an malem
3. Bersih, ada si mbok yg tiap hari dateng
4. Gratis laundry 4pcs/day, sangat cocok anak kuliahan dan kantoran yang gak ada waktu nyuci sendiri. Cepat jg cuma 2 hari, dibanding laundry diluar bisa 4 hari/lebih.
5. Bapak/ibu kos ramah
6. Orang yg kost dsini juga the best semua, selama kost dsini gak pernah kehilangan paket/brg lain. Kalo ada paket biasanya selalu di ambilin kalo lg diluar.
7. Parkiran motor lumayan luas bisa muat 10-15 motor.
8. Air jernih dan tidak berbau
9. AC dingin, kalau lg bermasalah langsung lapor ke ibu kos
10. Fasilitas dalam kamar udah lengkap, lemari meja kursi kasur bantal, ember, gayung. Masuk sini cukup bawa baju aja
11. Internet stabil dan ngebut 10-30Mbps. Kalau di akhir bulan kadang turun mgkn karna FUP nya udah limit.
12. Ada tempar duduk di depan kalau mau nerima tamu

Value for money, suitable for those who want to find a quiet and homie boarding house.
1. Price value for money
2. Safe, the gate is locked every 12 o'clock at night
3. Clean, there is a mbok who comes every day
4. Free laundry 4pcs/day, very suitable for college and office children who don't have time to wash themselves. Fast also only 2 days, compared to laundry outside it can be 4 days or more.
5. The boarding house is friendly
6. The people who are boarding here are also the best, as long as they are boarding here, they never lose other packages/brg. If there is a package, it is usually always picked up when I'm outside.
7. The motorbike parking area is quite spacious, it can fit 10-15 motorbikes.
8. Clear and odorless water
9. The air conditioner is cold, if you have a problem, immediately report to the boarding house
10. The facilities in the room are complete, cupboards, tables, chairs, mattresses, pillows, buckets, dippers. Come in here, just bring your clothes
11. Internet is stable and speeding 10-30Mbps. If at the end of the month sometimes it goes down maybe because the FUP is already limited.
12. There is a place to sit in front if you want to receive guests
14. The atmosphere is calm, the residents are not nosy.
