The place is nice, pretty clean too. Only the price is quite expensive and there are no pantry facilities, a refrigerator.

namun tembok terlalu tipis sehingga tidak terlalu kedap suara.
setiap fasilitas ada pic nya masing masing sehingga onpoint
Safe, easy access everywhere near and looking for anything near the boarding house
but the walls are too thin so not very soundproof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salah satu kos terbaik yang pernah saya tempati di Jl U Raya dan Komplek Sandang, walaupun agak mahal dikit tapi masih oke. Semua yang diperlukan anak kuliah/kantoran ada disini. Wifi kenceng, kos bersih dan tidak jorok. Parkir motor juga tidak berdesakan, cari makan paling gampang, dan walau di jalan ramai, suara tidak masuk ke kamar sama sekali. Worth to try?
One of the best boarding houses I've ever stayed in on Jl U Raya and Komplek Sandang, although it's a bit expensive but still okay. Everything that college/office kids need is here. Fast wifi, clean and not dirty. Motorbike parking is also not crowded, finding food is the easiest, and even though on a busy street, the sound doesn't enter the room at all. Worth to try ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unpleasant guardian at entrance gate, he always looking down at us like we're poor and can't afford anything, and not allowed to stay at here.
Well, it's not like we're super rich, but at least we can afford to pay monthly rent, parking fee.
Every words he said is about money, money, money. Monthly rent fee, parking fee, and like mocking us down like we're beggar who's unworthy to stay at here.
And can arrogantly said this place is the best, always occupied, rarely empty room avaiable.
Well, I admit this place is in between both campuses, and can easily find foods, that's all.
He also recommend us to a another place where the conditions are gloomy and dirty.
I don't know how some peoples can gave this place 5 stars rating. Are they really real resident or not.
Or maybe they're fancy looking and look rich? Unlike us who's like to wearing casual cloths and sandals? So it's valid to mocking down by appearances?
