★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yg katany Pegawainya Ramah Ramah,Memang betul semuanya Ramah.Cuma ada beberapa kendala:
1.Bagian Ruang HCU
Mungkin Rumah Sakit ini ditahun sekrng udh mulai ramai,saya sarankan untuk menambah ruangan HCU lg,karena disaat ramai bisa mengganggu pasien lain,Seperti nenek saya yg harusnya masih perlu di HCU malah dipindah ketempat ruang rawat, dipindahkan,alasan mereka karena sudah mulai ada perubahan,tp nenek saya masih perlu diHCU,karena kondisi nya masih belum semuanya membaik.
Dan alangkah baiknya HCU ditempatkan yg sesuai,bukannya di tempatkan bersama ruang rawat lainnya.
2.Parkiran,agak terganggu buat orang yg sedang berjaga dsni,kadang keluar masuk untuk mencari keperluan,mereka selalu minta uang parkiran trs,dan kata tukang parkir ‘ini gk ada hubungan nya dengan Pihak rumah sakit,jelas2 lu parkir ny dsni Njiiiir.
Tolong segera diperbaiki dan dikoreksi kekurangan dan pelayananan anda.Thx
Those who say the staff are friendly, it's true that all of them are friendly. There are only a few obstacles:
1.HCU Room Section
Maybe this hospital is starting to get crowded this year, I suggest adding another HCU room, because when it's crowded it can disturb other patients, like my grandmother who should still need to be in the HCU instead, she was moved to the inpatient room, moved, their reason is because there have been changes , but my grandmother still needs to be in HCU, because her condition is still not getting better.
And it would be nice if the HCU was placed in an appropriate manner, instead of being placed with other treatment rooms.
2. Parking, a bit disturbed for people who are on guard here, sometimes going in and out to look for needs, they always ask for parking money then, and the parking attendant says 'this has nothing to do with the hospital, obviously you parked here Njiiiir.
Please immediately repair and correct your shortcomings and services. Thx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya orang puring yg merantau...saya pulang ke puring yg ingin periksain anak saya umur 2 tahun...saya di kasih jadwal praktek dokter anak jam 12:30-15:00..karena jarak saya sampe rsup jam 13:20...(masih masuk jam praktek)
Sampe resepsionis katanya dokter dah pulang dari jam 11.00
Kan aneh praktek jam 12:30
Jam 11 udah pulang...ktanya ga ada pasien...kan jadwal jam 12:30..jam 11 mana ada pasien..kalo ga mau pake jadwal ga usah pake jadwal..
Terus katanya ada praktek jam 4..pendaftaran harus sebelum jam 12...maksud anda gimna...orang sakit suruh nunggu dari jam 12 sampe jam 4 sore...ni rumah sakit sangat tidak sesuai jadwal...kalo ada yg bisa kasih jawaban ke saya hubungin saya saja...saya mau complain langsung...
I'm a puring person who wanders... I went back to Puring who wanted to check my 2 year old son... I was given a pediatrician's practice schedule from 12:30 to 15:00... because I was far from the hospital at 13:20. ..(still in practice hours)
Until the receptionist said the doctor had come home from 11.00
It's strange to practice at 12:30
It's 11 o'clock already home... they say there are no patients... the schedule is at 12:30.. at 11 where there are patients.. if you don't want to use a schedule, you don't have to use a schedule..
Then he said there was a practice at 4..registration must be before 12...what do you mean... sick people tell me to wait from 12 to 4 pm...this hospital is not on schedule...if anyone can give me an answer just call me...i want to complain directly...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fasilitas tempat sudah bagus, pelayanan oke, cuma antrian aja yg mungkin perlu dibenahi, usg dri jam 09:30 jam 12 lewat baru selesai
