Walaupun ngantri nya lama tp rumah sakit nya cukup bersih dan nyaman..
 My child is suitable for treatment with doctor Novita. Maybe the way of speaking is a bit grumpy but whatever my questions are all answered well ...
Even though the queue is long the hospital is quite clean and comfortable ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front office terlalu lambat dalam menjelaskan dan melayani pasien,dibutuhkan kecekatan dan sigap untuk posisi² seperti pelayanan publik.untung satpamnya baik dan sigap, jadi terbantu dah tuh keleletan resepsionist.
The front office is too slow in explaining and serving patients, it takes agility and alertness for positions such as public services. Luckily the security guards are kind and alert, so it helps to be late receptionist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman sering anak dirawat disini berobat jalan maupun opnam. Kamar inapnya sgat bersih dan nyaman. Yg penting, anak selalu sembuh diobati disini. Bisa pakai bpjs juga. Sukses slalu buat dr wahyu dan rs nya!
The experience of often children being treated here is outpatient and opnam. The room is very clean and comfortable. What is important, children always get well treated here. Can use BPJS too. Always success for Dr. Wahyu and the RS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru keluar pasca SC distu awal masuk sigap sih karna aku dapet rujukan dari salah satu dr tempat usg kehamilan, tapi pas dirawat beberapa perawat ada yang judes poll senyum aja engga . tapi yang baik juga ada malah baik bgt, cuma lambat. Ngambil umum tapi fasilitas kurang. Tapi terimakasih sudah membantu mengurus aku dan anakku.
I just came out after the SC at the beginning, I entered quickly, because I got a referral from one of the pregnancy ultrasound doctors, but when I was being treated, some nurses said they were rude and didn't even smile. but there are also good ones even really good, just slow. Take the public but the facilities are lacking. But thank you for helping to take care of me and my son.

Begitu jg saat kami terpapar covid 19, dirawat dilayani dg sangat baik. Diberi kamar VIP dan melayani kami dg penuh sabar... Dan Masya Allah tidak ada tagihan sepeserpun sama sekali
Alhamdulillah 'ala kulli hal kami sembuh...
Dan mohon kepada masyarakat agar percaya bahwa wabah covid 19 itu benar² ada. Saya sebelumnya tidak pernah sakit nafas sesesak ini. Alhamdulillah dg sigap kami diberi oksigen tambahan serta obat²an dan kami tertolong...

Thank you for being our referral hospital for children. With BPJS being served well, it is not at all different from paying patients.
Likewise, when we were exposed to covid 19, we were treated very well. Was given a VIP room and served us patiently... And Masha Allah there was no bill at all

And ask the public to believe that the COVID-19 outbreak really exists. I've never had this shortness of breath before. Thank God we were swiftly given additional oxygen and medicine and we were helped...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kami mau ke bagian radiologi sudah datang jam 13.00. Tapi info dari Mb Vera dari bagian pendaftaran, katanya dokternya baru datang jam 15.00. Akhirnya kami keluar dulu dan sampai di RS jam 15.01. Tapi ternyata dokter radiologinya sudah pergi dan kami tidak diinfokan sama sekali. Bahkan Mb Vera ini lupa kalau ada pasien yang sudah mendaftar di bagian radiologi karena ketika kami sampai, Mb Vera menanyakan data2 kami lagi, padahal data kami sudah dipegang. Saya sunggu kecewa sekali dengan RS ini. InsyaAllah sy tidak akan datang lg ksini.
We want to go to the radiology department at 13.00. But information from Mb Vera from the registration section, said the doctor only arrived at 15.00. Finally we went out first and arrived at the hospital at 15.01. But it turned out that the radiology doctor had left and we were not informed at all. Even Mb Vera forgot that there were patients who had registered at the radiology department because when we arrived, Mb Vera asked for our data again, even though our data was already in hand. I am very disappointed with this hospital. Insyaallah I will not come here again.
