 Even though using BPJS, the service is good, giving the best for patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk pelayan dari keperawatan menurut saya udh oke. Perawat ramah, satpam juga baik. tapi untuk dokter sp.A wanita. Menurut saya kurang oke, terkesan terburu-buru dan kurang memberikan konsultasi terhadap orang tua. Saya 3 hari pakai kamar kelas I umum atau BPJS. Kamarnya panas, sampai saya harus kipasin anak saya seharian padahal pakai AC. Parah bgt untuk ruangannya, sempit dan ga ada kasur untuk penunggu pasien. Semoga Mahalnya menjadi lebih berkualitas.
For nurses from nursing, I think it's okay. Friendly nurses, security guards are also good. but for female sp.A doctors. In my opinion, it is not okay, it seems rushed and does not provide consultation to parents. I used the general class I room or BPJS for 3 days. The room is hot, until I have to fan my child all day even though I use AC. It's really bad for the room, it's cramped and there is no mattress for the patient wait. Hopefully the price will be of better quality.

sudah dari pagi jam 06.30 s/d jam 20.00 masih tidak tersedia kamar, menunggu di ruangan sempit berisik dan panas.. benar benar sangat kecewa dgn pelayanan nya, bidan nya jutek dan galak
very disappointing...
it's been from 06.30 in the morning to 20.00 there are still no rooms available, waiting in a narrow room is noisy and hot... really very disappointed with the service, the midwife is rude and fierce

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terima kasih telah menjadi rumah sakit rujukan anak kami. Dg BPJS dilayani dg baik sama sekali tidak dibedakan dg pasien berbayar.
Begitu jg saat kami terpapar covid 19, dirawat dilayani dg sangat baik. Diberi kamar VIP dan melayani kami dg penuh sabar... Dan Masya Allah tidak ada tagihan sepeserpun sama sekali

Thank you for being our referral hospital for children. With BPJS being served well, it is not at all different from paying patients.
Likewise, when we were exposed to covid 19, we were treated very well. Was given a VIP room and served us patiently... And Masha Allah there was no bill at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perawatny judes2 kurang sadar bahwa kelak bsok juga akan melahirkan, pelayanan dlm hal melahirkan kurang, mohon maaf hrs berbicara jujur apa adanya.
The nurses are rude, they are not aware that tomorrow will also give birth, the service in terms of giving birth is lacking, sorry, you have to speak honestly as it is.

Semoga untuk bisa jadi evaluasi. Konsumen emang butuh tapi mbok ya dikabari lebih cepat via wa atau media lain kalau dokter nggak ada atau berhalangan
Not good experience. See a postnatal referral doctor. 2 days of waiting. The first day I waited 2 hours without a doctor. The second day there is also no doctor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yang menurutku kurang baik..apalagi bidannya..semoga manajemen RS dapat merekrut dan juga melakukan training terhadap bidan nya.agar dapat melayani dengan baik,sopan dan ramah. Dan juga ruangan pasien sangat tidak nyaman..ada AC seperti tidak ada AC.
The service in my opinion is not good..especially the midwives..hopefully the hospital management can recruit and also train the midwives so that they can serve well, be polite and friendly. And also the patient room is very uncomfortable..there is AC like there is no AC.
