β β β β β Gak ada info sama sekali di desk,hrusnya di kasih nomor telp atau email biar gampang mau cari info,sosial media pun tidak ada yg update ,sangat susah untuk mencari info di labkesda kebumen ini,pdhal mau tnya sputar tes PCR ,jdwal, hasil ,hrga dll,,

β β β β β Pelayanan cepat.. jam 07.00 sudah buka untuk swab pcr dilayani jam 07.30.. untuk saat ini tanggal 08 oktober 2021 biaya Rp.490.000; hasil di ambil jam 14.00 pada hari yang sama

β β β β β Cek formalin benzoat sudah naik waktu seminggu ternyata belum jadi harus nunggu 2 hari lg. Udah ditunggu lama gak ada omongan apa2 lagi.

Tidak bisa PCR di jam bebas.
Pengambilan sample hanya jam 8 sampai jam 9 pagi. Lebih dari itu tidak bisa dilayani.
Dan sample harus 16 sample dulu baru diproses.
Tidak adanya kontak center yang bisa dihubungi. Untuk pusat lab di kebumen yang hanya 1 1 nya ini, sangat tidak kredibel. Khas pemerintah dimana birokrasi sangat merepotkan.
Sangat kecewa dengan Labkesda.
Paling tidak, sediakan call center untuk kebutuhan informasi. Tidak semua orang dekat dengan Labkesda. Dimana perlu untuk telepon untuk konfirmasi dan menanyakan informasi detail. Tolong kepada yang berwenang untuk membenahi Labkesda. Ditingkatkan lagi pelayanan dan keefektifan Labkesda. Jika tidak bisa diandalkan, mending ditutup aja. Ga guna sama sekali. Terimakasih

Sampling is only from 8 to 9 am. More than that cannot be served.
And the sample must be 16 samples before being processed.
There is no contact center that can be contacted. For a laboratory center in Kebumen, which only has 1 1, it is not very credible. Typical government where the bureaucracy is very troublesome.
Very disappointed with Labkesda.
At the very least, provide a call center for information needs. Not everyone is close to Labkesda. Where it is necessary to telephone to confirm and ask for detailed information. Please the authorities to fix Labkesda. Improved service and effectiveness of Labkesda. If it's not reliable, it's better to just close it. Useless at all. Thank you
