★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad cashier service. Bad doctor service; 3 patient in the same room, just "talking" consultation, no direct checking. I guess because there are so many patients the doctor speed up the treatment process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly speaking, mostly the nurse and the staff is not on a good level at all. There are some of them is good, but MOSTLY Not good at all. The facility itself is OK, the doctors also OK. From 1 - 10, their point is 4 in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AS a new army hospital adding to its predecessor, this seems promising. There are indeed things that needs to improve i.e. signage, spatial planning and layouts, pharmacy inventory information system, etc. But I am sure the military management will look into it in no time.
It's located in easy access location and have spacious parking lot, and great mosque. This hospital is not exclusive to military personnel but also open for public. The hospital is an addition for public in the area for adequate health services since the demand seems increasing from time to time.
I have big expectations of this hospital to be the best in southeast area of Jakarta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came to this hospital to have covid vaccine. They manage the queueing well and the resipient could sit and covered by tent. The area of this health facility is big, and they have a lot of parking lot and many trees and pond on the back yard.
What they need to upgrade was the response to phone call, mostly no onw answered the phone ring. It would be better if also equipped with whatsapp number or other social media, in order to communicate with patient or anyone who might be in need a hospital help or emergencies.
