★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mengurus klaim JHT. Hari Selasa jam 7.40 diminta tunggu di area tunggu luar gedung. Jam 8 tepat pelayanan dibuka, masuk dg scan, isi formulir, ambil antrian, ke counter utk wawancara dan di photo, selesai jam 9.05. Proses 5 hari kerja dan dana di transfer langsung. Alhamdulillah Dana masuk sesuai.
Pelayan cukup cepat dan professional, kalau ditambah dgn SMILE akan lebih baik lagi.

Handling JHT claims. Tuesday at 7.40 am asked to wait in the waiting area outside the building. At 8 o'clock the service opened, entered with a scan, filled out the form, took the queue, went to the counter for an interview and took a photo, finished at 9.05. Process 5 working days and funds are transferred directly. Thank God the funds came in accordingly.
Waiters are quite fast and professional, if you add a SMILE it will be even better.
