★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Memang pelayanannya kurang bagusss, waktu almh ibu saya sakit dan jam 1 malam datang trus di IGD nunggu dokternya lama bgttt, pas kesakitan ga ditanganin dengan cepat. administrasinya jugaa lamaa sertaa apotiknya lelet bgtttt, paginya balik lagi dan cm omongan rujukan tp tidak sigap untuk inisiatif pakai ambulan, alhasil nunggu mobil sendiri. tolong di berikan pelayanan yg layak untuk para pasien lainnya.
Indeed, the service is not good, when my mother died and at 1 pm she came and then waited in the ER for the doctor for a very long time, when the pain was not treated quickly. the administration is too long and the pharmacy is very slow, the next morning they come back and talk about referrals but they are not quick to take the initiative to use an ambulance, so they wait for their own car. Please provide proper service to other patients.

The registration section is friendly, thank God, my child is suitable for treatment with the DSA ?. The doctors are kind and professional, the nurses are also friendly. Hope the service is still good ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daftar antigen jam 7 pagi.. Katanya boleh ditinggal dulu sama petugas CS nya.. saya tinggal pulang sebentar karena bukanya baru jam 8.. Sampai di klinik jam 07.40 pagi udah antri banyak.. Waktu mau bayar dan jelasin kalau udah daftar jam 7 eh ngga dibolehin.. Disuruh menunggu dan antri lagi.. Wah kurang profesional ya. . Mohon di evaluasi
List of antigens at 7 am.. They said you can leave it with the CS officer first.. I stayed home for a while because it opened only at 8. not allowed.. Told to wait and queue again.. Wow, not professional huh. . Please evaluate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik yg pelayanan oke banget , cukup lengkap , nganter mertua ke Dokter Spesialis mata yang bagus banget , nganter paman ke spesialis penyakit dalam yg super baik , dan bwa anak ke dokter spesialis anak yg ramah bersahaja banget , tindakan di IGD nya juga bagus kok ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jangan kesini. Tidak rekomen! Ambil PCR yg 12 Jam. Sampel kita diambil jam 8 pagi tapi hasil disuruh nunggu jam 12 malem. Penjelasannya: karena tim lab mereka baru kirim sampel jam 12 siang. Ya pasien tidak peduli sampel dikirim ke lab jam berapa. Kalau berani tulis hasil dalam 12 jam ya harus ada 12 jam setelah sampel pasien di ambil. Jawab pasien sambil bentak2 pula. Tolong di training lagi tuh pegawainya. Pelayan kesehatan kok bentak2 pasien.
Do not come here. Not recommend! Take the 12 hour PCR. Our samples were taken at 8 am but the results were told to wait at 12 pm. The explanation: because their lab team only sent samples at 12 noon. Yes the patient doesn't care what time the sample is sent to the lab. If you dare to write down the results within 12 hours, there must be 12 hours after the patient's sample is taken. Answer the patient while yelling as well. Please train the staff again. Why are the health workers yelling at the patients?
