★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best hospital in Serang so far. The building is clean and the interior is good. But, the service is not. If i were a patient and need a fast care to handle my disease. I would not come alone.
They have several procedures, especially when you use BPJS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they should provide an explanation of how to get treatment, rather than making the patient wait while misplaced while waiting to get the facility. And me and lady besides me, waiting for 2 hours, we waited without knowing whether we were in the right waiting place. The lady in lab is sucks, im sorry to say that. She is very rude while explaining the procedure that i should get .
