★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sertifikat Vaksin ke-2 saya ngga keluar sampai sekarang, padahal vaksinnya udah dari 6 bulan yang lalu. Kayaknya nunggu sampai 100 tahun kemudian juga ngga akan keluar.
Terus saya hubungi 119, ternyata datanya belum diinput oleh RS Kencana. Ini sangat merugikan aktifitas komersil saya loh, apa apa serba harus sertifikat vaksin ke-2. Apalagi penerbangan.
Kemudian saya hub nomor telp RS Kencana ini malah tidak aktif, seakan lari dari tanggung jawab.
Gimana nih? Kalau ada pihak RS nya mohon tanggapi.
 My 2nd Vaccine Certificate didn't come out until now, even though the vaccine was already 6 months ago. I guess waiting 100 years and then it won't come out either.
Then I called 119, it turned out that the data had not been inputted by Kencana Hospital. This is very detrimental to my commercial activities, do you need a 2nd vaccine certificate? Especially flights.
Then I contacted the Kencana Hospital phone number and it was not active, as if running away from responsibility.
How are you? If there is a hospital, please respond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk igd maternal pelayanannya sangat mengecewakan. Saya baru dtg dan baru masuk pintu igd saja sudah diskak "ibu mau ngapain, kalo mau dirawat gak bisa. Berobat jg kepuskesmas saja" HALO DITANYA DULU HARUSNYA KELUHAN PASIENNY KENAPA. Saya nakes sesama nakes seperti ini.
For the maternal emergency room, the service is very disappointing. I just arrived and just entered the emergency room door and it was already checked "what do you want to do, if you want to be treated you can't. Just go to the health center for treatment" HELLO ASKED FIRST WHY PATIENTS SHOULD COMPLAIN. I take care of my fellow health workers like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buruk sangat sangat buruk. Nyesel saya bawa anak berobat di rs ini.
Sudah antri lama untuk berobat anak saya umur 16bulan giliran dokter dateng anak saya dipanggil masuk ruangan dokter malah tidak mau priksa anak saya! Alasannya karna tdak pakai masker!! Padahal posisi anak sya udah nangis kejer cpek nunggu ditambah dipaksa untuk pakai masker!! Apa salahnya diperiksa tanpa pakai masker, anak saya masih dibawah 2tahun, toh apd dokternya sudah lengkap!! Dr. Irham sp.a smoga hidupmu tidak tenang!! Saya kira anda baik dan ramah terhadap anak kecil karna anda sudah berpengalaman ternya tidak sama sekai!!
Bad very very bad. I regret bringing my child for treatment at this hospital.
I've been queuing for a long time to seek treatment for my 16-month-old son, the doctor's turn came, my son was called into the doctor's room and he didn't even want to examine my child! The reason is not wearing a mask!! Even though the position of my child is already crying, I'm tired of waiting and being forced to wear a mask!! What's wrong with being examined without wearing a mask, my child is still under 2 years old, after all the doctor's apd is complete!! Dr. Irham sp.a may your life not be calm!! I think you are kind and friendly to small children because you are experienced it's not the same!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama datang akan di sambut oleh satpam ramah & sabar yg memberi kita no antrian dan mengarahkan ke loket pendaftaran.
Kenapa yah saya merasa kalau pasien BPJS itu sedikit di bedakan dg pasien umum.
Agak di perlama, di persulit, dan kadang2 ada beberapa perawat/dokter yg jutek.
Sepertinya mereka males nanganinya.
##Buat yg mau periksa ke poli dan musti swab dulu, jangan harap bisa di panggil cepat. Karena yg di dahulukan itu swab yg untuk keperluan umum, yg ada bukti pembayaran dari kasir. Sedangkan untuk pasien BPJS bakal nunggu berjam-jam ?itu saya rasakan sendiri.
@jangan lupa kalau berobat bawa foto copy KTP & foto copy kartu BPJS.
First coming will be greeted by a friendly & patient security guard who gives us the queue number and directs us to the registration counter.
Why do I feel that BPJS patients are slightly different from general patients?
It's a little longer, it's complicated, and sometimes there are some nurses/doctors who are rude.
It seems they are lazy to handle it.
## For those who want to check with the police and have to swab first, don't expect to be able to call quickly. Because what comes first is a swab that is for general purposes, which has proof of payment from the cashier. As for BPJS patients, they will wait for hours, I feel it myself.
@don't forget to take a photocopy of your ID card and a photocopy of your BPJS card for treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RS terburuk sepanjang masa, pelayanan buruk, dokter buruk, suster buruk.. Dokter nya aja jutek parah ga mau periksa kalau pas visit, cukup di liat dari depan pintu trus tinggal pergi tanpa ada penjelasan apapun.. Semoga orang-orang yang mempersulit urusan orang lain akan di persulit juga oleh yang maha kuasa
Worst hospital of all time, bad service, bad doctors, bad nurses.. The doctor just doesn't want to be checked when he visits, just watch from the front door and then just leave without any explanation.. Hopefully people who complicate people's affairs others will be difficult too by the almighty
