Alhamdulillah sudah bisa pulang. Kamar perawatan nya bersih dan perawat nya ramah ramah.
Thank God I can go home. The treatment rooms are clean and the nurses are friendly.

Perdana berobat Anak di RS ini. Secara masih baru beroperasi di bulan Januari 2022. Sudah booking via Phone jam 19.15 WIB dgn nomor urut 3. Registrasi di layanan CS, antri 45 menit. TibaΒ² mengkonfirmasi bhw Dokter Anak sdh tdk bertugas. Kenapa tdk dr depan saja konfirmasinya???
First treatment for children at this hospital. Still operating in January 2022. Already booked via phone at 19.15 WIB with serial number 3. Register at CS service, queue for 45 minutes. Suddenly confirmed that the Pediatrician was off duty. Why not just confirm from the front???

RSU Hermina Cilegon mulai dari pelayanan di IGD sampai ruang rawat inap bagus. Susternya ramah (rata-rata susternya senior). Ruang rawat inapnya bagus (hanya remote tv&AC masih harus pinjam ke suster GK tersedia di tiap kamar). Masih ada beberapa pekerjaan gedung (jadi agak bising dan berdebu di area lorong dan basement). Cleaning servicenya kurang rajin (untuk membersihkan area yg berdebu di sekitar lorong dan kamar inap hanya di sapu sehari sekali). Mudah-mudahan bisa lebih ditingkatkan lagi.
RSU Hermina Cilegon ranging from services in the ER to inpatient rooms are good. The nurse is friendly (on average the sisters are seniors). The inpatient room is good (only the remote tv & AC still have to be borrowed from the GK nurse available in each room). There is still some building work (so a bit noisy and dusty in the hallway and basement areas). The cleaning service is not diligent (to clean the dusty area around the hallway and the guest rooms are only broomed once a day). Hopefully it can be further improved.

Pertama kali ngerasain rumah sakit paling nyamaaaaan.. dari pelayanan & pendaftaran cepet bgt gapake repot & ribet. sambutan-sambutam hangat dari kru kru & nakes yg ada disini 100% bikin nyaman!! tindakan dokter & nakes bikin pasien nyaman & tenang,ruangan yang bersih harum & rapi bikin mood bagus kalo berobat disini. pelayanan ranapnya luar biasa,hospitality nya wah bgt! makanan nya enak ga kaya RS lain. bidan,perawat,petugas kebersihan dll bekerja baik bgt di RS ini. di RS ini seluruh tenaga medis saling terkoneksi dengan cepat,sehingga keluhan pasien dari ringan hingga berat langsung tertangani. luar biasa,salut sama semua yg ada di RS Hermina Cilegon. Dokter-dokter hebat,sudah terjamin disini. terima kasih Dokter,perawat,bidan,dan kru yg ada dirumah sakit ini yg telah memberikan pelayanan terbaik selama saya dirawat / berobat di RS ini. 1 impian saya di 2022 terwujud,melahirkan di RSH Cilegon dengan dokter kandungan terbaik yaitu dokter Ita Mu'tiyah SpOG. First time feeling the most comfortable hospital.. from service & fast registration, no hassle & hassle. warm welcomes from the crew & health workers who are here are 100% comfortable!! the actions of doctors & health workers make patients comfortable & calm, a clean, fragrant & tidy room makes a good mood if you get treatment here. the fast service is amazing, the hospitality is great! The food is delicious, not like other hospitals. Midwives, nurses, janitors etc. work really well in this hospital. In this hospital, all medical personnel are connected to each other quickly, so that patient complaints from mild to severe are immediately handled. amazing, salute to everyone at the Hermina Cilegon Hospital. Great doctors, guaranteed here. Thank you Doctors, nurses, midwives, and crew in this hospital who have provided the best service while I was treated / treated at this hospital. One of my dreams in 2022 came true, giving birth at RSH Cilegon with the best obstetrician, doctor Ita Mu'tiyah SpOG. Thank you, Hermina Cilegon. Sistem rumah sakit masih kacau. Pertama kali nyobain dokter spesialis anak disini untuk vaksin. Sebelumnya udah telfon dan nanyain ketersediaan jadwal buat vaksin. Katanya ada. Setelah nyampe rumah sakit, katanya jadwal dokternya bentrok sama jadwal dokter tersebut d rs lain, disuruh nunggu sejam. Setelah nunggu sejam, malah baru dikabarin vaksinnya nggak ada. Wasting time ! Padahal sebelum dateng udah nelfon, dan udah disuruh nunggu lama juga, kenapa nggak dikasih tau sejak awall !! Koordinasi nya sangat buruk.
The hospital system is still a mess. First time trying pediatrician here for vaccines. Previously, I had called and asked about the availability of the schedule for the vaccine. He said there was. After arriving at the hospital, he said the doctor's schedule clashed with the doctor's schedule at another hospital, and was told to wait an hour. After waiting for an hour, they were told that there was no vaccine. Wasting time! Even though before I came I already called, and I was told to wait a long time, why wasn't I told from the start!! His coordination is very bad.

Rumah sakit masih baru, terlihat jumlah staf masih terbatas sehingga pelayanan agak sedikit lama *paling terasa saat menunggu diberikan obat di bagian farmasi Jika dibandingkan dgn klinik fatimah, biaya kontrol kehamilan disini cenderung lebih murah (kekurangannya usg yg tersedia hanya 2D) dan dokter spog perempuannya banyak (nyaman untuk memilih) Nanti, kalo ada update info terkait room visit kamar bersalin akan saya update lagi reviewnya; sejauh ini RS hermina oke lah~ staf di bagian kasir dan poliklinik sangat ramah "informatif dan bersahabat dgn jokesnya yg menghibur" --- sebagai pendatang baru dengan target kelahiran normal, saya juga sudah coba RS permata serdang (dr. Maya), klinik fatimah (dr.Ita), dan RS Hermina (dr. Leliana); semua ada kekurangan kelebihan, jika ingin tahu sedikit ttg biayanya saya sudah upload bill paper di tiap review gmap-nya || sejauh ini pilihan saya jatuh pada dr. Ita karena saya suka dokter yg extrovert dan inisiatif tinggi untuk memberi informasi sedikit lebih detail walau kita tidak bertanya (soalnya kadang lupa mau nanya apa atau ga ngeh) mungkin nanti saya juga akan review klinik bidan masita sitepu (nontonin ignya sih kayanya okey~ dan udah pasti diusahakan lahiran normal kalo di bidan; karena mereka memiliki keterbatasan dalam tindakan medis) Oiya, biaya parkir masih gratis dan toiletnya bersih banget~ penentuan harga obatnya ga jauh dari harga HET (tidak seperti di klinik fatimah hihi) Semoga bermanfaat yaa! Maya), Fatimah Clinic (dr. Ita), and Hermina Hospital (dr. That's because I like doctors who are extroverted and have a high initiative to give a little more detailed information even though we don't ask (because sometimes we forget what to ask or don't know) maybe later I will also review the clinic of the midwife Masita Sitepu (watching her ig is okay~ and it's done) a normal delivery must be attempted if the midwife is involved; because they have limitations in medical procedures) Oh yeah, the parking fee is still free and the toilets are really clean~ the price of the medicine is not far from the HET price (not like at the Fatimah clinic hihi) Hopefully it's useful! MAHAL tetapi pelayanan buruk.. 1. Pasien di ICU tidak dirawat dengan semestinya, tidak diberikan makan sesuai jam makan dengan alasan pasien masih tidur, padahal pasien terakhir makan jam 5 sore, tetapi keesokan harinya jam 7 pagi tidak diberikan sarapan dengan alasan pasien masih tidur. Pasien tidak tidur dengan nyenyak seharusnya suster membangunkan pasien untuk menyuapi makanan, bukan jam 9 stelah keluarga menegur baru disuapin makanan. 2. Pasien di ICU setelah diperiksa kesehatnnya tidak diselimuti kembali dengan benar atau bahkan dibiarkan telanjang 3. Suster tidak tahu kalau pasien di NICU tiba2 kejang2, suster tahu stelah ada kluarga yg melihat lalu memanggil suster. 4. Bayi di NICU dibiarkan kaca matanya melorot sampai keleher dengan alasan barusan kondisi bayi sudah diperiksa karna kondisi bayi terlalu aktif. Suster seharusnya tau bahwa membiarkan kaca mata bayi dapat menyebakan kebutaan. Pasien harus membayar mahal diruangan ICU dan NICU seharusnya kami mendapat pelayanan baik yaitu suster siaga setiap saat memeriksa kondisi pasien. 5. Ruangan ICU terlalu berisik krn para suster yang mengobrol. 6. Janji suster di IGD bahwa masuk ruang ICU pasien bisa istirahat dengan tenang krn ruangan senyap dan mendapatkan perawatan dengan baik itu tidak didapatkan. Para suster lebih berisik dari penjenguk pasien. 7. Dokter jaga dan dokter spesialis menjelaskan keadaan pasien berbeda, dokter jaga menjelaskan ada 3 gumpalan darah di otak, dokter spesialis bedah menjelaskan ada cairan diotak yg sudah menyebar, bukan darah ? 8. Terlalu banyak aturan buat penjenguk. Pasien yang sakit butuh support dari keluarga lain dengan mewajibkan antigen biaya 90 ribu. 9. Peralatan kedokteran masih belum lengkap, saat pasien keadaan kritis harus dibawa dulu ke rumah sakit lain untuk pemeriksaan lalu kembali lagi ke hermina. 10. Ruang perawatan dan ruang tunggu untuk pengunjung hanya dibersihkan sehari 1x. *Note: Bangunan masih baru & semua perlengkapan masih baru. Parkir masih gratis.
EXPENSIVE but bad service.. 1. Babies in the NICU are left with their glasses down to their necks on the grounds that the baby's condition has just been checked because the baby's condition is too active. Nurses should know that leaving baby's glasses on can lead to blindness. Patients have to pay dearly for the ICU and NICU rooms, we should get good service, namely nurses are on standby at all times to check the patient's condition. 5. The ICU room is too noisy because the nurses are chatting. 6. The promise of the nurse in the ER that entering the ICU room the patient can rest in peace because the room is quiet and gets good treatment was not obtained. The nurses are noisier than the patient visitors. 7. The doctor on duty and the specialist explained that the patient's condition was different, the doctor on duty explained that there were 3 blood clots in the brain, the surgeon explained that there was fluid in the brain that had spread, not blood 8. Too many rules for visitors. Sick patients need support from other families by requiring antigens at a cost of 90 thousand. 9. Medical equipment is still incomplete, when the patient is in critical condition, he must first be taken to another hospital for examination and then return to hermina. 10. The treatment room and waiting room for visitors are only cleaned once a day. *Notes: The building is new & all the equipment is new. Parking is still free.
