★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karena merupakan rumah sakit baru, wajar aih kalau fasilitasnya belum lengkap. Salah satunya musola. Jadi tidak ada musola atau masjid di sini. Kalau mau salat ya ke masjid terdekat.
 Because it is a new hospital, it is only natural that the facilities are not yet complete. One of them is a prayer room. So there is no prayer room or mosque here. If you want to pray, go to the nearest mosque.

Saya cuma minta cek darah di IGD krn emg udah lewat jam layanan, tapi ga diarahin nunggu ke lab. Cuma suruh nunggu di waiting desk IGD. Parah sih dicuekin. Unrecomended ????
Bad Service !
I just asked for a blood check at the ER because it was already past service hours, but I wasn't directed to wait for the lab. Just told to wait at the IGD waiting desk. It's too bad to be ignored. Unrecommended

Hanya saja sangat d sayangkan pelayanan lama
Klo lama karena rame, ok lahhh
Ini sepi aja lama banget
Harus di tingkatkan kecepatan pelayanannya..
Ingat Yg ngantri ini orang orang sakit
Dan yg antar pun pasti ada keperluan lainnya
The hospital is still quiet, and the service is friendly
It's just that I really love the old service
If it's long because it's crowded, it's ok
It's been quiet for so long
Need to improve the speed of service..
Remember those in line are sick people
And those who deliver must have other needs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya berobat d poli bedah mulut di RSUD Serang untuk pelayanan dr awal sampai akhir karena menggunakan BPJS jadi lumayan banyak tahap ( maklumlah peminatnya bnyak dan prokes) dan nunggunya lama di karenakan antri dan tingkat prioritas jga....tapi yg buat saya kurang sreg adalah security yg dinas mlm jam 21.00 tgl 21 Maret kurang sopan sehingga d anggapnya istri saya yg tidak tahu aturan klo bawa tikar gk boleh dan sdh nurut gk jd bawa tikar malah d katain yg tidak sopan bgt sama security tersebut dan menurut saya tidak terpuji bagi seorang security....semoga lebih d perhatikan lagi tingkat pendidikan security d RSUD Serang
I was treated at the oral surgery poly at Serang Hospital for service from start to finish because I used BPJS so there were quite a lot of stages (you know there were a lot of fans and prokes) and I waited a long time because of the queues and the priority level too... but what made me less comfortable was The security officer at night at 21.00 on March 21 is not polite, so I assume that my wife who doesn't know the rules is not allowed to bring a mat and I have not obeyed so I brought a mat instead of saying something very disrespectful to the security and in my opinion it is not commendable for a security guard ....hopefully we pay more attention to the level of security education at Serang Hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan bagus. Istri masuk IGD hari Jumat 25 Feb karena usus buntu, hari itu juga langsung dapat pelayanan Operasi, dan Alhamdulillah bisa pakai BPJS.
Perawatan selama 5 hari di ruang rawat inap dengan para perawat yang rutin kontrol. Kamar juga rutin disapu dan di pel sehari 2 kali.
Terima kasih para Dokter, perawat, cleaning service dsn semua yang sudah kami repotkan selama 5 hari kemarin. M
Good service. The wife entered the ER on Friday, February 25 because of appendicitis, that day she immediately received surgery services, and Alhamdulillah, she was able to use BPJS.
Treatment for 5 days in an inpatient room with nurses who routinely control. Rooms are also regularly swept and mopped 2 times a day.
Thank you doctors, nurses, cleaning services and all that we have bothered for the past 5 days. M

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sy td anter suami ke igd, dia ditaro diruang isolasi krn positif covid...liat igd bersih dan kosong gak ada pasien, perawat igd jg ramah...Tadinya sy mau ksh bintang 5 dan mau rekomendasikan RS ini sm teman2....namun, sore ini suami dr ruang rawat inap tlp minta di pesanin air minum krn gak ada diksh air minum, ktnya rs berharap ada keluarga yg ngurusin... Semntara sy tinggal dicilegon jaga 2 anak sy. Suami sy tuh tenggorokannya gatal dan banyak dahak, masa gak disediakan air minum.. Apa air minum di kasih hanya berbarengan dg jam makan saja? Kasihan smp kehausan pasiennya.
Tolong perbaiki kualitas pelayanannya ya khususnya bagian perawat pasien rawat inap. Terimakasih
I didn't take my husband to the emergency room, he was put in the isolation room because he was positive for covid... see the igd is clean and empty, there are no patients, the emergency room nurse is also friendly... At first I wanted to give 5 stars and wanted to recommend this hospital to my friends.... However, this afternoon the husband from the inpatient room asked to order drinking water because there was no drinking water service, the hospital hopes that there will be a family to take care of it... Meanwhile I live in Cilegon looking after my 2 children. My husband's throat is itchy and there is a lot of phlegm, why isn't drinking water provided.. Is drinking water only given at the same time as eating? Sorry for the thirst of the patient.
Please improve the quality of service, especially the inpatient nurse section. Thank you
