★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru per 1x kesini pas lagi hamil waktu itu, mau periksa ke dokter kandungan tapi dokternya ga mau harus di swab dulu. Dsitu udah nunggu sampe 3 jam dokter pun blm dateng2, dan ujungnya dsuruh swab dulu karna dokter ga mau klo belum keluar hasilnya. Oke ikutin prosedurnya. Ternyta positif. Dan dsitu yg sangat mengecewakan, suster2nya + dokter jaga nya pun malah pada kabur, ngindar dan ngomongin klo pasien ini ciri2nya covid. Pas hasil keluar bener positif. Perawat2nya malah pada ngomongin sana sini, disitu posisi orng lagi hamil, dan lagi keadaan sakit, dsuruh nunggu sampe 3 jam, tapi di perlakuan smaa susternya kaya gitu. Kalian kan perawat walaupun orng ini covid ya di bantu dulu bukannya malah pada kabur gitu. Sampe akhrinya ada dokter yg baik yg ngasih saran. Selebihnya perawatnya parahhhh... Kaya ga ngerti tentang kerja...
 I only came here once when I was pregnant at the time, I wanted to check with the obstetrician but the doctor didn't want to have to be swab first. There, I waited for 3 hours and the doctor had yet to come, and in the end I was told to do a swab because the doctor didn't want the results to come out. OK, follow the procedure. It turned out to be positive. And that's what was very disappointing, the nurses + the doctor on duty even ran away, avoided and talked about this patient having Covid symptoms. The results came out really positive. The nurses were even talking here and there, where the position of the person was pregnant, and again sick, told to wait up to 3 hours, but the nurse was treated like that. You're a nurse, even though this person is Covid, you need to be helped first instead of running away. Until finally there was a good doctor who gave advice. The rest of the nurses are terrible... Like they don't know about work...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anak sy sakit dan berobat di rs itu. Kata dokter harus dinebu. Setelah keluar dari ruangan dokter, pasien yg sebelumnya juga lagi dinebu di ruangan khusus nebu, adem dan steril ! Sy pikir sy harus nunggu giliran karna di dalem masih ada pasien. Ga lama perawat datang 'ayo bu Abdillah dinebu nya disini yu'(ngomong sambil jalan dan gw ngikutin). Dan ternyata anak saya dinebu di ruangan khusus swab! Tempatnya diparkiran,panas pula dan sy yakin itu tempat ga steril ! Pas lagi dinebu, ada perawat lain dateng sama bapak² daaaan jreng jreng bapak² itu diswab pesis depan anak sy yg lagi dinebu.
Ruangan swab di rs ini cuman tenda yg ga lebih dari 1,5m²×1,5m². Bener² EMOSI !!
Pasien yg lain dinebu ditempat yg layak dan kenapa anak sy dinebu diruangan swab dan ada orang yg lagi diswab??? Gilak!Anak sy sakit yg notabene harus steril tp ini malah ditaro diruangan swab!!
Setelah di komplain, perawat cuma bilang 'maaf ya bu tadi ruangannya lagi dipake' heh ! Sy taat aturan, kalo pun disuruh tunggu, ya saya tungguin. Harga berobat disini ga worth it banget dengan pelayanan.
Tolong yaa buat perawatnya jangan sembrono begitu lagi !
My child is sick and is being treated at the hospital. The doctor said it should be negotiable. After leaving the doctor's room, the previous patient was also being treated in a special nebu room, cool and sterile! I think I have to wait my turn because there are still patients inside. Not long after the nurse came, 'Come on, Mrs. Abdillah, dinebu is here, yu' (talking while walking and I followed). And it turned out that my son was buried in a special swab room! The place is parked, it's hot too and I'm sure it's not a sterile place! When I was being chased down, another nurse came with the gentlemen and the fathers were swabbed right in front of my child who was being redeemed.
The swab room at this hospital is only a tent that is no more than 1.5m²×1.5m². REALLY EMOTIONAL!!
The other patient is being swabbed in a proper place and why is my child being buried in the swab room and someone else being swab??? Crazy! My child is sick who incidentally had to be sterile but this was put in the swab room!!
After complaining, the nurse just said 'sorry ma'am, the room was being used again' heh! I obey the rules, if I am told to wait, I will wait. The price for treatment here is not really worth it with the service.
Please, for the nurse, don't be so reckless!
