★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Temenku makan bakso sapi di ruko sampingnya, aku makan bakso aci. Entah kenapa kita makan bakso aja itu nunggunya lama banget, karna sama-sama penuh. Bakso aci ini ramenya luar biasa, dominan pesenan online, yang makan di tempat sedikit banget dan disediain mejanya emang sedikit juga. Aku sempet kaget karna pas baksonya dateng penampilan makanannya sepi banget, gangerti apa karna kuahnya banyak, atau emang porsi isiannya sedikit. Karna aku makannya lumayan banyak jadi udah pesen ekstra isian, setelah ada ekstranya baru deh enak diliatnya karna mangkoknya agak penuh? kalo makan bakso aci harus pake micin bubuk cabe dong, tenang setiap meja udah disiapin. Nah, tapi di mejaku bubuk cabenya kosong, aku minta ke meja sebelah tapi malah kosong juga, baru deh aku minta ke mbaknya, nunggu lumayan lama belom dikasih, aku minta lagi dan ternyata mbaknya lupa, dia ketawa malu dan minta maaf. Aku pilih kuahnya yang original, bakso acinya ada isian daging urat. Pilusnya garing, rasa kuahnya sebelum dikasih bubuk cabe gurih bumbu gitu, setelah ditambah bubuk cabe jadinya khas bakso aci deh pedes pedes maknyus.

Pilus is crunchy, the taste of the sauce is before adding the spicy chili powder, after adding the chili powder, it turns out to be a typical meatball, aci deh spicy spicy maknyus.
