★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fasilitas di klinik griya husada cukup lengkap, ada swab antigen dan PCR juga, ada USG 2D/3D/4D juga loh. tenaga kesehatannya ramah banget, rekomendasi banget nih buat masyarakat ?. Semoga kedepan bisa terus lebih baik lagi untuk klinik griya husada
The facilities at the Griya Husada clinic are quite complete, there are antigen swabs and PCR too, there is a 2D/3D/4D ultrasound too. the health workers are very friendly, this is really a recommendation for the community ?. Hopefully in the future it can continue to be better for the Griya Husada clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk pelayanannya memang ramah tapi saya sedikit kecewa dengan peraturan di klinik ini..
Saya kan peserta bpjs mandiri, tapi bukan pengguna baru karna dulu saya peserta bpjs dgn perusahaan. Dan karna saya resign dan hamil, saya alihkan ke bpjs mandiri dan saya sekalian pindah faskes ke klinik ini.. sesuai peraturan dari bpjs setelah 14 hari peralihan saya sudah lakukan pembayaran pertama lalu akhirnya bpjs saya sudah dinyatakan aktif kembali dan bisa digunakan menurut bpjs..
Tapi saat datang ke klinik ini, saya blg mau periksa kehamilan dgn BPJS tetapi saya malah ditolak oleh salah satu resepsionisnya dgn alasan baru bisa digunakan 3 bulan kedepan.. Loh saya kaget masa saya harus nunggu 3 bulan lagi, setau saya itu peraturan lama bpjs.. Lalu setelah saya coba diskusi dgn resepsionisnya, ada salah satu petugas lain yg bilang kalo baru bisa digunakan sebulan setelah aktif..
saya bingung kenapa peraturannya seperti itu, jauh beda dgn peraturan bpjs.. Saya sudah sampaikan keluhan ini juga ke pihak BPJS.. semoga ada perbaikan kedepannya utk klinik ini yaa..
The service is friendly, but I'm a little disappointed with the rules at this clinic..
I'm an independent BPJS participant, but I'm not a new user because I used to be a BPJS participant with a company. And because I resigned and was pregnant, I switched to BPJS Mandiri and I all moved health facilities to this clinic.. according to the regulations from BPJS after 14 days of transition I made the first payment and then finally my BPJS was declared active again and can be used according to BPJS..
But when I came to this clinic, I said I wanted to check my pregnancy with BPJS but instead I was rejected by one of the receptionists on the grounds that it could only be used for the next 3 months.. I was surprised when I had to wait 3 more months, as far as I know, that's the old BPJS rule. Then after I tried to discuss with the receptionist, there was one other officer who said that it could only be used a month after being active..
I'm confused why the regulations are like that, much different from the BPJS regulations.. I've also conveyed this complaint to the BPJS.. I hope there will be improvements in the future for this clinic..

APALAGI DOKTER GIGI HART*M* GA STANDBY DAN TIPIKAL GAYA N4KE5 DI SEKITAR GW.... BERASA PALING DITUNGGU DAN DINANTI PASIEN...SEMOGA INDONESIA BISA LEBIH MAJUUU DEHHH ORANG2 INTELEKNYA DENGAN DEDIKASI DAN MENGHARGAI ORANG.
Aplikasinya dibiarinin online sama klinik, eh pas telpon, mereka bilang janjian lagi sm yg bertanggungjawab, ADA2 AJA..
Gw samperin, malah pada menghindar mba2nya semua...hadeuhh AMATIRRR, kalau ga bisa bikin janji online, jangan ngebiarinin gw ampe 1 jam dong di depan....langsung ngomong...LANGSUNG NGOMONG, EMANGNYA SAYA PENGANGGURANN
Emangnya semua orang di dunia ini punya waktu banyak....meski tinggal di bekasi, waktu 1 jam buat gw berguna banget untuk ngantor drpada nunggu ga jelas DI TEMPAT YANG HAWANYA GA JELAS
Gw ga ngerti lagi dehhh....thank you untuk salah satu resepsionis berseragam karena masih punya manner minta maaf.

The application was left online at the clinic, uh, when they called, they said they had another appointment with the person in charge, that's all there is..
I arrived, instead of avoiding all of them... Amateur, if you can't make an appointment online, don't leave me for up to an hour in front.
It's true that everyone in this world has a lot of time.... even though I live in Bekasi, 1 hour is very useful for me to go to work instead of waiting for nothing in a place that is not clear
I don't understand anymore....thank you to one of the uniformed receptionists for still having an apologetic manner.
