★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak memuaskan. Pengalaman pertama datang kesini, nunggu perawat ato petugas datang hampir jam 9 padahal buka jam 8 dan sy dtg sblm jam 8 takut lama nunggu. Setelah itu jam 9an sy disuru tunggu 30 menit dokter otw ktanya, eh 18 menit kemudian sy diinfo dokter masih sekitar 2 jam karna ada praktek jg di tempat lain dan sy disuru balik lg ajah siang? astagah apa karna bpjs? Kok bgtu yaa kalo niat mulai pelayanan siang jangan buka jam 8 dong. Kasian bpjs sy ini akhirnya gagal kepake disini?
Not satisfactory. My first experience coming here, waiting for a nurse or officer to come at almost 9 even though it opens at 8 and I came before 8 am afraid of the long wait. After that at 9 o'clock I was told to wait 30 minutes the doctor asked, uh 18 minutes later I was informed by the doctor that it was still about 2 hours because there was also practice elsewhere and I was told to come back again in the afternoon gosh, what's wrong with BPJS? How come if you intend to start the service at noon, don't open at 8, please. It's a pity that my bpjs finally failed to use it here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter jaga tanggal 18 Nov 2021 jam 5.30 benar benar tidak punya hati. Istri saya datang dibilang kok keluhannya banyak ya, 2 bulan sudah datang lagi ( padahal terakhir datang 2 tahun lalu)
Buat pemilik klinik, tolong di review lagi dokternya!
The doctor on duty on 18 Nov 2021 at 5.30 is really heartless. My wife came and said how come she has a lot of complaints, 2 months has come again (even though the last time she came was 2 years ago)
For clinic owners, please review the doctor again!
