-wifi terlalu pelit, dan kurang manage
-pelayan kost dan pemilik kost kurang syncron, dan etika penjaga kost kurang baik
-Terkadang pemilik kost mengambil keputusan sepihak, tidak fare
-Kurangnya managemen menghargai para penghuni kost

 -the rooms are too small, the price is too expensive standard Depok
-wifi is too stingy, and poorly managed
- boarders and boarders are less synchronous, and boarding ethics are not good
-Sometimes boarders make unilateral decisions, not fare
- Lack of management respects boarders

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya tinggal dikost ini 1 tahun lebih. One thing hal yang saya temukan disini ialah nyaman. Harga relatif competitive (it's depend on budget ya) tapi jika dicompare dengan kost sekelasnya harganya masih make sense, nyaman untuk tinggal, bersih dan pelayanan mbak penjaga kostnya sangat baik sudah kayak saudara.
Saya fully recomended untuk kost samitra.

I live in this boarding for more than 1 year. One thing I found here is comfortable. The price is relatively competitive (it's depend on the budget, yes), but if you compare the boarding class in its class, the price is still make sense, comfortable to stay, clean and the services of the boarding house are very good, like relatives.
I fully recommended it for samitra boarding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebulan tinggal disini dan betah2 aja sih penjaganya baik dan ramah.. kost nya juga bersih dan rapih cuman yaa lebih enak bawa motor sendiri biar gak dikit dikit naik gojek. Tapi ke tempat makan2 murah deket banget
Have lived here for a month and just feel good and friendly guards ... the boarding house is also clean and neat, but it's better to bring your own motorbike so that you don't have to ride a motorcycle a little. But to cheap places, really close

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mirip seperti rumah tinggal, mudah diakses menggunakan mobil atau motor. Kapasitas parkir dua mobil. Sirkulasi udara lancar. Dekat Indomaret dan masjid. Fasilitas kos lengkap, dapat air Aqua gratis, ada kompor gas, kulkas, dan WiFi, tanpa tambahan biaya.
Much like a residence, easily accessed using a car or motorcycle. Parking capacity of two cars. Smooth air circulation. Near Indomaret and the mosque. Complete boarding facilities, get free Aqua water, there is a gas stove, refrigerator, and WiFi, at no extra charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat tidak cocok utk yg sudah berkeluarga dgn anak 1 org, kamar sempit, dan dgn harga sebulannya 1,9 juta perkamar di wilayah Depok, sy saranin mending cari kontrakan... Tpi buat lajang, dan pria, baru tmpat ini sangat cocok.. Apalgi buat yg rada2 malas tuk masak...
It is not suitable for those who already have a family with 1 child, cramped rooms, and with a monthly price of 1.9 million rooms in the Depok area, I suggest to look for a rented house ... But for singles, and men, this place is just right .. Apalgi for those who are lazy to cook ...
