Letak pun sangat strategis, dekat dg jalan utama kota Depok yaitu jalan Margonda raya, dekat dg RS bunda Margonda, dekat dg pusat perbelanjaan Margo city dan detos, dekat juga dg St pondok cina, dekat dg dua kampus besar, yaitu kampus Gunadarma dan kampus universitas Indonesia. Disekitar kosan ada warung kelontong, ada wakopmindo, ada loundry, dan terdapat juga warung nasi, kalau malam banyak juga warung tenda seperti nasi uduk, pecel lele, sate dan lain-lain. Sangat cocok buat mahasiswa ataupun karyawan.
