★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat kos putra yang nyaman. Halaman parkir luas, plus masih banyak pohon rindang. Jadi udara tidak terlalu panas.
Halaman masih berupa tanah. Kalau musim hujan akan berubah jadi becek.
Ada 2 model yang disewakan. Rumah petak model 3 ruang (kamar tamu kamar tidur dan dapur dilengkapi dengan kamar mandi) dan Hanya berupa gambar saja kamar mandi ada di luar sharing rame-rame. Harga cukup murah dibandingkan kosan di sekitarnya
Comfortable boarding house for boys. The parking lot is large, plus there are still lots of shady trees. So the air is not too hot.
The yard is still dirt. During the rainy season it will turn muddy.
There are 2 models for rent. Tenement model 3 rooms (guest bedroom and kitchen equipped with bathroom) and only in the form of a picture, the bathroom is outside. The price is quite cheap compared to the surrounding boarding houses
