★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan cepat dokternya juga informatif dan ramah. Pegawai dan nersnya ramah. Jam kerjanya juga ok.
The doctor's fast service is also informative and friendly. The staff and nurses are friendly. Working hours are also ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ buat anak kosan yg rumahnya jauh trus baru bisa ke klinik pas rada enakan, cari tempat lain aja. bpjs saya ga diterima disini alasan faskesnya ga sama. padahal temen kosan saya pernah berobat disini trus boleh dengan syarat maksimal 2 kali seumur hidup. saya yg rumah dan faskesnya deketan sama temen saya, dibilang gabisa berobat. setau saya bpjs bisa dipake di klinik atau puskesmas lain maksimal 3x dalam sebulan, eh ini malah gabisa samsek. temen saya yg pernah berobat juga sekalian nanya bpjs dia bisa di pake disitu atau gimana, ternyata gabisa juga? kocak aja gitu sistemnya suka berubah-ubah. dokternya juga jutek dikira saya sakit boongan, admin pendaftaran juga gabisa jawab tentang kenapa bpjs saya gabisa dipake sedangkan waktu itu temen saya bisa. yaudah gapapa mba nanti saya coba tanya langsung aja ke pihak bpjsnya yaa:) percuma juga bayar bpjs tiap bulan tapi sekalinya di pake malah gabisa akhirnya keluar duit 120rb gapapa uang makan 2 hari kepake wkwk
for boarding children whose homes are far away and then they can only go to the clinic when they feel comfortable, just look for another place. my bpjs is not accepted here because the health facilities are not the same. even though my roommate used to have treatment here and it was allowed with a maximum condition of 2 times in a lifetime. I, whose home and health facilities are close to my friend, are said to be unable to get treatment. As far as I know, the BPJS can be used in other clinics or health centers a maximum of 3 times a month, but this doesn't work at all. My friend who has had treatment also asked if he can use BPJS or what, it turns out that it doesn't work ? It's just funny that the system likes to change. the doctor was also rude, he thought I was sick, the registration admin also couldn't answer why my bpjs couldn't be used while my friend could. okay, it's okay, I'll try to ask the bpjs directly :) it's useless to pay the bpjs every month but once you use it, you can't end up getting 120 bucks, it's okay to eat 2 days, use it wkwk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang duluan, tapi yang dipanggil duluan orang yang baru daftar. Ditanya, hanya bilang ditunggu. Jelas orangnya nanya saya pas mau daftar. Bukan minta maaf kalo salah, aneh banget. Ada kali 4 atau 5 orang kelewat.

Utk poli gigi harus membuat janji 1 hari sebelumnya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah kemarin berobat Allah takdirkan bertemu dokter yg baik hati dan pasti bekerjanya niat untuk ibadah dan menolong sesama, gak tahu namanya dr siapa yg jelas dokter itu bersedia menunuggu pasien yg baru di daftarkan dan pasien masih di rumah, padahal posisi dokter sdh mau pulang...terima kasih dokter yg baik hati...semoga Allah selalu melimpahkan keberkahan buat dokter dan keluarga...Aamiin
Alhamdulillah yesterday for treatment, Allah predestined to meet a doctor who was kind and definitely working with the intention of worshiping and helping others, I don't know whose name it is clear that the doctor is willing to wait for the patient who has just been registered and the patient is still at home, even though the doctor's position is already going home.. .thank you kind doctor...may Allah always bestow blessings on doctors and families...Amen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klo ada bintang 0 syaa kasih bintang 0, pelayanan bagian farmasi (pemberi obat) sangat tidak hati2, saya sakit mata, malah dikasih obat sakit telinga, akhirnya setelah sampai di rumah saya balik lg untuk tukar obatnya, lalu mba2 penjaganya ngasih lg obat tetes mata nya TANPA PERMINTAAN MAAF. SUNGGUH AMAT SANGAT TIDAK BERTANGGUNG JAWAB anda, (Mba2 yg agak gendut). Tolong ya diperhatikan pelayananya dan hati2 dong klo kasih obat, jangan sampai malah membuat org lain sakit yg lain lagi gara2 salah obat!
Udah gitu harga obat matanya HET 10Rb , dijual sama ini klinik malah 30rb hadeuuhhh
If there are 0 stars, I will give 0 stars, the pharmacy service (drug giver) is not very careful, I have eye pain, instead I was given earache medicine, finally after I got home I came back to exchange the medicine, then the guards gave me eye drops her WITHOUT ANY apologies. REALLY VERY VERY irresponsible for you, (Mba2 who is a bit fat). Please pay attention to the service and be careful if you give medicine, don't let other people get sick because of the wrong medicine!
That's it, the price of the eye medicine is HET 10K, for sale at this clinic, it's even 30k

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 kali obatin anak ke situ, baru pindah faskes bulan januari. Menurut saya, pemberian obat tidak sesuai ya.. Anak bayi cuma di kasih puyer aja, bener" Minim di kasih obat sirupnya. Dan lagi obatnya juga pahit, gak paham deh baru x ini berobat ngasih anak bayi obat batuk pilek pake puyer pait lg.. Saking minimal budgetnya buat resep obatnya ? dan berobat yg ke 2 ini anak saya gatal, demam & batuk. Dikasih hanya obat gatal aja, demam batuknya pke obat sendiri. Gak di kasih salep juga. Pdhal cukup parah menurut saya gatelnya. Dulu pernah berobat gini juga cuma di klinik budhi jagakarsa krna kejauhan jd pindah kesini, itu aja di ksh salep racikan dokter & obat puyer di campur vitamin jd rasanya manis. Not rekomen dh berobat disini.

The budget is so minimal for the prescription and for the second treatment, my child has itching, fever & cough. He was given only medicine for itching, he took his own medicine for fever. No ointment was given. Even though it was quite severe, I think it was itchy. I used to have treatment. It's also only at the Jagakarsa Budhi Clinic, because it's far away, so I moved here, that's all, the doctor's ointment and powder mixed with vitamins make it taste sweet. Not recommended for treatment here.
