★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sorry to say this but I am extremely disappointed for the service , I have a chronic tonsillitis, I've been to 3 places, such as clinic, puskesmas and RSUD Jatipadang, and those 3 places direct me to go to RSUD Pasar minggu. On saturday, I went to the IGD RSUD Pasar Minggu and the staff asked me to go to the ear, nose, and throat specialist (THT), I already registered at the hospital as a general patient, and went to the cashier, I asked them I want to see the THT doctor, and they said the doctor are no longer accepted anymore patient. the cashier staff named anne/anna said "we're sorry but doctor bondan only accept 15 patient" and the other doctor took the day off. OH and it was still 9 AM and the doctor dont wanna take any patient??? what does even mean? what if someone had a difteri or something worse than mine? still dont want to check up on them? what a great hospital. Sroto Komplit + Ketupat for 22 K IDR
Now this is one of those hidden gem situations - the rest of the canteen seems like the regular fare you will find in most parking area adjacent canteens, but this one caught my eye because it offered sroto. You can find soto just about anywhere in Indonesia, but sroto is different due to its peanut-infused broth and fresh beansprout. Usually you can choose which main protein topping you want - chicken, beef, ampela (gizzard), ati (liver), or babat (tripe), but i always go for the whole shebang.
Now i say this is a hidden gem because i usually don't like peanut based broths all that much, but this one just has that perfect lightness to it. The chicken slivers are also better infused with flavour and juicier than how others would prepare it for their soto or bubur (porridge). Subsequently all the innards were also perfectly prepared as they were not chewy at all and conveyed a nice combo of flavour and texture to the dish. I do lament the fact that they seem to have used a bit of MSG in it - because they really didn't need to, it would probably taste delicious even without it, but i guess I'll just have to special order it next time. However, if one had to choose the best topping they had, i guess it had to be the succulent and melt in your mouth beef slivers - it was just tender, full of flavour, and had that little bit of fat that just melts in your mouth and covers your whole mouth with juice.
All in all, this was really worth more than the asking price. Even the 7 K fresh squeezed orange was probably the best i have ever had at that price considering they didn't dilute it too much and how naturally sweet (i asked for no sugar) it was. A must visit if you're ever in the area!

Their service is quite good, fast response, every counter is provided by staff who are willing to help and explain, 90% of their services are provided for BPJS patients. Really good hospital. However, If you are BPJS patient, you have to be more patient to wait for your service turn
