★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngantri dari jam setengah 6, belum tentu nomor urut awal, sistem antrian disini berantakan, harus pake cara dulu2an dan sikut2, seengaknya pake cara licik baru bisa dpt nmr awal dan kouta utk poli tertentu, kalo ga dpt ulang lagi minggu dpn.. penjelasan informasi juga ga jelas suruh ke atas ambil jdwal trnyata cuma dpt jdwal hari ini, kamis dateng lg utk dftar ulang.. dan ga ada protokol kesehatan krn di ruang tunggu sangat ramai..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awal September 2019 saya USG 2D ke dokter kandungan. Saya daftar jalur mandiri. Pendaftaran cepat, bagian pendaftaran ramah, pendaftaran bayar Rp 40.000 (biaya jasa dokter).
Lalu ke poli kebidanan & kandungan ditensi dan ditanya-tanya karena saya belum pernah kesana. Petugasnya kepo maksimal.
Lalu dipanggil ke dalam poli. Ternyata dipanggil langsung 4 pasien (apa karena sudah siang dan dokter ingin segera pulang?), Jadi kami sebagai pasien tidak merasa punya privasi karena kami bisa saling mendengar komentar dokter yang melakukan USG. Dokter tidak membuat tenang pasien, malah justru cenderung seperti menakut-nakuti.
Setelah USG saya kira ada sesi konsultasi , ternyata konsultasi dilakukan di ruangan berbeda dan dilakukan berjejer. Sepertinya dokternya baru dokter umum yang akan mengambil spesialisasi kandungan atau dokter muda? Ruangan konsultasi tidak nyaman. Tidak boleh memotret.
Total biaya: Rp 330.000
Harga segitu dengan pelayanan begitu, saya lebih merekomendasikan tidak kesana, lebih baik ke RS swasta lain.
Early September 2019 I took a 2D ultrasound to a gynecologist. I list the independent path. Fast registration, friendly registration section, registration pays IDR 40,000 (doctor service fee).
Then to the obstetrics & gynecology clinic and I was asked questions because I had never been there. The clerk is very busy.
Then get called into poly. It turned out that 4 patients were called directly (is it because it was noon and the doctor wanted to go home?), So we as patients did not feel that we had privacy because we could hear each other's comments from the doctor who performed the ultrasound. Doctors do not calm the patient, they tend to be like a scare.
After the ultrasound I thought there was a consultation session, it turned out that the consultations were held in different rooms and carried out in rows. Looks like the new doctor is a general practitioner who will specialize in gynecology or a young doctor? The consultation room is uncomfortable. No taking pictures.
Total cost: IDR 330,000
That price with such service, I prefer not to go there, it's better to go to another private hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rs apaan ini? Pelayanannya sangat lamban, pegawainya ada yg nanyi nyanyi di igd, tunggu hasil Rontgen gak keluar keluar dari pagi sampai malam, status rawat/tidaknya juga belum tau.. hadeuuh semoga pelayanannya diperbaiki lah
Rs what is this? The service is very slow, there are employees who sing in the emergency room, wait for the X-ray results, it doesn't come out from morning to night, the status of care / whether or not you don't know yet.. I hope the service will be improved
