★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini adalah Rumah Sakit langganan keluarga saya. Sebulan sekali saya nganter anak kontrol ke sini. Pelayanannya makin lama makin bagus. Susternya ramah-ramah. Dokternya baik-bak.
Untuk rawat jalan, sekarang bisa mendaftar lewat SMS sejak 28 hari sebelumnya. Pada hari H tinggal datang dan melakukan registrasi di anjungan lantai 1 (mirip ATM). Jamnya sudah ditentukan, jadi tidak perlu berebutan.
Tapi ibarat pepatah, tak ada gading yang tak retak, Rumah Sakit ini pun memiliki kekurangan. Sebenarnya sepele, tapi cukup merepotkan pasien BPJS. Tempat poto kopi yang berada di lantai 2 sering tutup, akibatnya pasien harus keluar RS hanya untuk memfotokopi resep yang akan divalidasi. Semoga persoalan sepele ini bisa segera diatasi.
This is the hospital that my family subscribes to. Once a month I bring the control child here. The service is getting better and better. The sisters are friendly. The doctor is fine.
For outpatient care, now you can register via SMS from the previous 28 days. On the D-day, just come and register at the 1st floor pavilion (similar to an ATM). The hour is set, so there's no need to fight.
But as the saying goes, there is no ivory that is not cracked, this hospital also has shortcomings. It's actually trivial, but it's quite inconvenient for BPJS patients. The coffee photo booth on the 2nd floor is often closed, as a result the patient has to leave the hospital just to photocopy the prescription to be validated. Hopefully this trivial problem can be resolved soon.
