★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Makin jadi citra buruk pelayanan. Antrian lewat di sengaja (pergi dulu) tetap bisa antri dengan nomor yang sama. Harusnya ambil antrian baru lagi.
 It's getting a bad image of service. Queue passing on purpose (go first) can still queue with the same number. Should have taken a new queue again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer Service jam14.30 masih 1 Org, alasan security yg satu lg sedang istirahat (setahu saya istirahat 12-13.00), antrean panjang. Sy bertanya ke salah satu CS (sedang sibuk2 sndiri tp tidak melayani Customer), beliau mengatakan memang cm 1, jika yg 1 lg sudah selesai dia yang menggantikan. Mohon jd evaluasi SPV terkait agar pelayanan lebih baik kedepan. Security jg harusnya lgsg memberikan No antrean, ini disuruh urus2 kopian dulu, pas balik dikasih No antrean yg Sdh panjang

Customer Service at 14.30 still 1 person, the other security reason is taking a break (as far as I know, the break is 12-13.00), the line is long. I asked one of the CS (was busy alone but didn't serve customers), he said it was cm 1, if the other one was finished he would replace it. Please evaluate the related SPV so that the service will be better in the future. Security should also immediately provide a queue number, this was told to take care of a copy first, when I came back I was given a long queue number
