★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beberapa perawat sudah mulai ada perubahan dalam hal layanan tapi sayangnya waktu tambal gigi kedua anaku hari kamis klo ga salah dokter giginya yg cewek kurang ramah anak dlm penangananya dan kelihatan kayak lagi magang.
Trus hari ini kedua anaku jg diperiksa di dokter umum yg notabene nya kepala klinik atau pemiliknya (terlihat menandatangani surat covid dari pasien lain), saya sebagai org tua kurang mendapatkan penjelasan yang memuaskan mengenai penyakit yg dialami kedua anaku.
Saran:
1. Inspeksi dari Dinas Kesehatan yg berwenang mengenai Standar Pelayanan dan Kepuasan Pasien
2. Selenggarakan beberapa Training utk Perbaikan Pelayanan diantaranya Service Excellent
3. Silahkan pasien yg lain bisa mengisinya...
Some of the nurses have started to make changes in terms of services but unfortunately when the second child's teeth were filled on Thursday, if I'm not mistaken, the female dentist is not child-friendly in handling and looks like an intern.
Then today my two children were also examined at a general practitioner who in fact was the head of the clinic or the owner (seen signing a covid letter from another patient). As a parent, I did not get a satisfactory explanation regarding the disease experienced by both children.
Suggestion:
1. Inspection from the authorized Health Office regarding Service Standards and Patient Satisfaction
2. Organize several trainings for Service Improvement including Excellent Service
3. Please other patients can fill it out ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ada masalah apa ya sama mbak2 admin nya udah pas kesana pada ga pake masks mereka pada ngobrol2 dan ga sigap handle cust malah asik ngobrol trus pas di telpon ga sopan banget ngomongnya, ya ampun amit2 menyesal banget datang ke clinic ini ,untung mas2 yg ngambil sampel pas pcr baik ga kayak ibu2 itu ,tolong dong di perbaiki lagi pelayanannya,di chat jg ga ada respon ,di tambah lagi pas periksa kemarin harus aku yg minta receipt bukannya di kasih langsung .. minus banget attitude ibu2 di clinic ini

Tersedia apotek dan pelayanan laboratory, untuk PCR, Swab dan test darah atau test lab lainnya.
Pelayanan cukup cepat,saat saya berkunjung di siang hari
The clinic is close to the Tangerang City Health Center and Tangerang City Hospital, located on the edge of the main road.
Pharmacies and laboratory services are available, for PCR, Swab and blood tests or other lab tests.
Service is quite fast, when I visited during the day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 kali test antigen di sini. Kedua hasilnya tidak diinput ke NAR peduli lindungi. Padahal status klinik/lab masuk ke list rekomendasi kemenkes......
Jadi bingung, test di mana supaya hasil masuk Pesuli Lindungi. Khan katanya jika positif bisa dapat obat isoman dari kemenkes
2 times antigen test here. Both results are not inputted into NAR care protect. Even though the status of the clinic/lab is included in the list of recommendations from the Ministry of Health....
So confused, where to test so that the results enter Pesuli Protect. Khan said that if he is positive, he can get isoman medicine from the Ministry of Health

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kliniknya agak kurang terawat, tapi cukup bersih memang tidak besar tapi akan lebih baik lagi jika terus di jaga jadi bisa terlihat lebih bersih lagi.
Begitu masuk langsung ke bagian receptionist di tangani sama 2 suster yang bertugas, cukup ramah dan baik. Mungkin 1 suster yang bertugas masih baru jadi ada informasi yang di berikan berbeda.
Masuk ke bagian ruangan rontgen, lebih terlihat lagi tidak terawatnya. Pria yang bertugas nya pun agak kurang senyum dan berkata-kata, jadi saya cukup bingung, mungkin klo lebih ramah akan lebih baik lagi karena ini pelayanan kesehatan untuk umum yang akan di rasakan banyak orang.
Semoga bisa lebih baik lagi.

As soon as you enter the receptionist section, you are handled by 2 nurses on duty, quite friendly and kind. Maybe the 1 nurse on duty is still new, so the information given is different.
Entering the X-ray room, it looks more unkempt. The man in charge was a bit less smiling and speechless, so I was quite confused, maybe if it was more friendly, it would be even better because this is a public health service that many people will feel.
Hopefully it could be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagian laboratorium saat mengambil darah tidak menggunakan sarung tangan latex, dan saat lengan pasien sudah di beri alkohol masih di raba untuk mencari Vena yang mana itu kembali kotor lagi. Dan tidak melakukan identifikasi pasien walaupun pasien sedikit namun identifikasi pasien adalah suatu hal yang wajib di lakukan sungguh kecewa
