★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan dokternya sangat lama sekali, untuk nunggu resep dokter sampai 1 jam lebih, saya ga tau lagi nungguin apa. Kasian ponakan saya, sudah lelah tengah malam lagi sakit masih harus nungguin resep dokter, tolong perbaiki lagi kecepatan penanganannya. Karena yang sakit itu butuh cepat yang layani.
 The doctor's service is very long, waiting for a doctor's prescription for more than 1 hour, I don't know what to wait for. Poor niece, I'm tired in the middle of the night and sick, I still have to wait for a doctor's prescription, please improve the speed of handling. Because the sick need to serve quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Review ini dari salah satu pasien COVID-19 yang pernah dirawat di RSUD Ciracas sekitar awal-pertengahan bulan Juni 2021.
Saat ini RSUD Ciracas menjadi RS Ruiukan u/ penyakit COVID-19. Pasien COVID-19 dapat dirujuk ke RSUD Ciracas berdasarkan rekomendasi dari Puskesmas. Pelayanan hampir semua perawat & dokternya baik serta ramah kepada pasien. U/ pelayanan pasien sejak di IGD sampai dengan keluar dari RS juga cukup memuaskan.
Untuk proses administrasi pasien COVID-19 yang telah mendapatkan rujukan dari Puskesmas juga tidak dipersulit.
Ruang rawat (Ruang Isolasi) salah satunya di Ruang Mawar yang menampung sekitar 6-7 pasien. Full AC dengan ventilasi yang sangat baik. Semua jendela di ruang rawat diteralis & dikunci paten, sehingga pasien COVID-19 tidak diperkenankan untuk keluar dari ruangan kecuali ada jadwal ronsen (sesuai dengan peraturan di lembar consent). Pasien tidak dapat menerima kunjungan dari keluarga. Serah terima laundry ke pihak keluarga serta makanan/minuman dari pihak keluarga juga ada jadwalnya.
Ruang rawatnya rapi & bersih, apalagi kamar mandinya. Semua pasien juga diberikan 1 botol hand sanitizer (tdk full), 1 botol obat kumur antiseptik serta 1 cairan NaCl+syringe u/ membersihkan hidung sendiri-sendiri. Tentunya semua perawat & staff yang bertugas di Zona Merah ini mengenakan APD yang lengkap.
Pasien COVID-19 rata-rata dirawat sekitar 1 minggu, semua tergantung dari hasil cek lab, ronsen & rekomendasi dari hasil visit dokter.
Untuk makanan pasien waktu itu masih ikut catering dari RSUD Pasar Rebo karena dapur RS masih belum difungsikan.
Namun untuk kebijakan swab ulang ketika pasien akan dipulangkan silahkan pasien & pihak keluarga mengkonfirmasikan hal tersebut ke pihak RS.
This review is from one of the COVID-19 patients who had been treated at the Ciracas Hospital around the beginning of June 2021.
Currently the Ciracas Hospital is a Ruiukan Hospital for COVID-19 disease. COVID-19 patients can be referred to the Ciracas Hospital based on recommendations from the Puskesmas. The services of almost all nurses & doctors are good and friendly to patients. The service for patients from the ER to leaving the hospital is also quite satisfactory.
The administrative process for COVID-19 patients who have received referrals from the Puskesmas is also not complicated.
One of the treatment rooms (Isolation Room) is in the Mawar Room which accommodates about 6-7 patients. Full AC with excellent ventilation. All windows in the treatment room are latticed & patent locked, so COVID-19 patients are not allowed to leave the room unless there is an X-ray schedule (according to the regulations on the consent sheet). The patient cannot receive visits from the family. The handover of laundry to the family as well as food/drinks from the family also has a schedule.
The treatment room is neat & clean, especially the bathroom. All patients were also given 1 bottle of hand sanitizer (not full), 1 bottle of antiseptic mouthwash and 1 NaCl + syringe to clean their noses individually. Of course, all nurses & staff on duty in the Red Zone are wearing complete PPE.
On average, COVID-19 patients are treated for about 1 week, it all depends on the results of lab checks, X-rays & recommendations from the results of doctor visits.
At that time, the patient's food was still participating in the catering from Pasar Rebo Hospital because the hospital's kitchen was still not functioning.
However, for the re-swab policy when the patient will be discharged, please the patient & family confirm this to the hospital.

I dont recommend you to use this hospital. Unless you have a strong body to wait for more than 3hours.
It doesn't accept debit card also. Bad management.
