Ga rekomen. pelayanan IGD buruk, oksigen habis dan oksigen tanam mati matian,pispot disuruh ambil sendiri di kamar mandi yang kotor gapernah dibersihin haduh. namanya alat alat sprti itu hrusnya ditaro di tempat steril dong? yang ada orang sakit makin sakit,pelayanan yang lelet,prokesnya kurang:) tolong dong perawat igd maskernya di pake,igd tempat keluar masuk org sakit loh?. bisa gak sih gausa pake bintang. tolong buat pelayanannya dibenerin lagi jangan sampe banyak yang ngalamin kayak gini. ini masukan tolong diperbaiki
Don't recommend. ER service is bad, oxygen is running out and oxygen is being used to death, potty is told to take it yourself in a dirty bathroom, never cleaned, duh. the name of tools like that should be put in a sterile place, right? those who are sick are getting sicker, the service is slow, the procedures are lacking :) please, the emergency room nurse is wearing the mask, the emergency room is the place to go in and out of sick people?. Can you not use stars? please make the service correct again so that many people don't experience something like this. this is input please fix

Kecewa sama pelayanannya... Ko ada ya dokter ugd ngomongin pasiennya sama pater jaga depan mata pasien sendiri.... Seorang pasien atau keluarga pasien pasti menceritakan keluhan pasien tanpa ngarang cerita tanpa di lebih"kan apalgi pasien itu anak kecil ... Untuk mengetahui penyakit pasien setelah cek leb.... Bukannya dokter dan perawat ada etika dan sumpahnya... Ada pasal"ny juga ... Awal sya sangat senang dan ngrasa nyaman dgn pelayanan RS. Kurnia Kramatwatu.... Tp skrang" mungkin tidak akan saya rekomendasikan lagi ke keluarga atau teman" sya.... Ini kondisi igd sangat sepi .... Takut beralasan mungkin igdnya ramai. Apa karna pasien BPJS? Pdhal anak saya lahir di sni periksa kandungan di sni.. pernah di rawat juga di sini beberpa kali... Pelayanannya bagus ramah tamah... ..tapi skrang mungkin banyak dokter baru dan perawatnya. Terimakasih..

For knowing the patient's illness after further checks.... It's not that doctors and nurses have ethics and oaths... There's an article too... At first I was very happy and felt comfortable with hospital services. Kurnia Kramatwatu.... But now I probably won't recommend it again to my family or friends.... This condition is very quiet in the IGD. Is it because of BPJS patients? Even though my child was born here for a check-up here.. he has also been treated here several times... The service is good and friendly... ..but now there may be many new doctors and nurses. Thank you..

Pelayanan yang di berikan sangat baik Walaupun saya menggunakan bpjs kesehatan Saya haturkan terima kasih ke rs kurnia serang dan juga para tenaga medisnya semoga semakin maju dan semakin lebih baik lagi.
The service provided is very good Even though I use health bpjs I would like to thank RS Kurnia Serang and also the medical staff, hopefully they will progress and get better.

Dateng ke Rumah Sakit tujuanya buat konsultasi sama dokter anak.. bukanya dapet saran malah jawabanya galak, judes, ketus, ga ada ramah2nya sama sekali, yang lebih parahnya mainin hp mulu ?‍♀️ Dokternya kayanya lg ada masalah pribadi deh sampe imbasnya ke pasien ?? pengen dibayar tapi kalo ditanya kebayakan jawabnya ga tau, kalo ngomong nadanya gegas mulu. Gimana kalo dirawat inap, baru beberapa menit ngomong aja udah ga nyaman banget ?
Coming to the hospital for a consultation with a pediatrician.. instead of getting advice, the answer is fierce, harsh, curt, no friendly at all, what's worse is playing on the cellphone ️ The doctor seems to have a personal problem, so it affects the patient want to be paid, but when asked, most of the time the answer is I don't know, when I speak, the tone is rushed. What if you are hospitalized, just talking for a few minutes is already not very comfortable

Hari ini anak saya ke spesialis THT jadwal hari selasa tgl 15 seharusnya kami bertemu dokter pagi hari sudah ke pendaftaran dapat nomer urut 7 pakai BPJS. Jadwal dokter jam 1 siang, jam 11 siang pihak admin RS kurnia konfirmasi kalau dokter THT ganti hari menjadi kamis melalui whatsapp. Dan no. Antrian dapat no. 9 siang hari .kami kesana untuk kali pertama. Tempatnya bersih banyak tempat duduk dan semua staff mau pun perawat juga dokter ramah2 semua. Alhamdulillah perawat & dokternya juga sebagaimana kepada anak2 bersikap jadi saya sbg org tua nyaman anak saya (2,5 tahun) di rujuk ke THT RS ini. Dokter & perawatnya pun bersedia sekali kami banyak tanya. apoteker yg menjelaskan obat pun jelas sekali. Rekomen sih kalo mau ke spesialis THT di rumah sakit ini. Pelayanan BPJS sama ramahnya. GOOD?

Doctor's schedule at 1 pm, at 11 pm the admin of the Kurnia Hospital confirmed that the ENT doctor changed the day to Thursday via whatsapp. and no. Queue can be no. 9 noon. we were there for the first time. The place is clean, there are lots of seats and all the staff, including the nurses and doctors, are all friendly. Thank God the nurses and doctors behaved like children, so I, as a parent, was comfortable with my child (2.5 years old) being referred to this ENT hospital. The doctors & nurses were very willing to ask us a lot of questions. The pharmacist who explained the medicine was very clear. I recommend going to an ENT specialist at this hospital. BPJS services are just as friendly. GOOD?

The services is worse, I as a patient had been wait for doctor for hours. Management of hospital should take care it of it, Seriously.
