★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah tdk bisa berkata2 lagi dg pelayanan pdam tirtamarta. Selama ini kualitas air sangat buruk (keruh, berpasir) namun tdk ada perbaikan. Dan saat ini, dari sejak tgl 2 desember hingga hari ini 5 desember 2021 air sama sekali tdk mengalir. Dikomplain jawabnya sedang ada penggantian pipa. Sampai berhari2 tdk selesaikah pengerjaannya? Kira2 bakal ada kompensasi tdk bagi pelanggan yg dirugikan? Banyak loh rumahtangga yg tdk mempunyai sumur, akhirnya terpaksa beli air galonan utk kebutuhan mandi, cuci, dll selama air pdam tdk mengalir. Pdhl mau digunakan atau tdk, tiap bulan pasti tetap ada tagihan. Mohon bapak ibu yg bekerja di pdam tirtamarta, dengarkan dan tindaklanjuti keluhan para pelanggan. Krn sebagian yg anda terima tiap bulan itu, ada kontribusi dr kami.

And now, from December 2nd to today, December 5th, 2021, the water doesn't flow at all. Complained the answer is that there is a pipe replacement. For days without finishing the work? Do you think there will be compensation for the customers who were harmed? Many households who do not have wells, are finally forced to buy gallon water for bathing, washing, etc. as long as the tap water does not flow. Whether you want to use it or not, every month there will still be a bill. Please, ladies and gentlemen who work at PDAM Tirtarta, listen and follow up on customer complaints. Because some of what you receive every month, there is a contribution from us.

air jernih? tidak, airnya berpasir, malah kalo habis ujan airnya coklat kayak air kali..
air lancar? tidak, sering nyalanya cuma kecil, cuma netes2.. skrg ini malah bbrp hari air ga ngalir sama sekali
tolong lah, ini udah masuk 2022, perusahaan lain lg lari kencang ningkatin pelayanan, ningkatin teknologi
ini pdam kok kerjanya malah ketinggalan jaman..
tolong segera berbenah..

clear water? no, the water is sandy, even when it rains the water turns brown like river water..
smooth water? no, often the light is only small, just dripping.. now even a few days the water doesn't flow at all
Please, it's already 2022, other companies are running fast to improve service, improve technology
how come this pdam works even out of date..
please fix it soon..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Air keruh banget kayak susu coklat, bau tanah berpasir sama sekali ga layak pakai. Tapi tagihan selalu tinggi, sudah bayar mahal, harusnya kualitas airnya juga di tingkatkan dong!!!!!!!????!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Air keluar sngt kecil tp mahal. Sy cuma ber2 anak sy 85ribu-90ribu/bln pdhl pemakaian sdh sngt irit. Kadang air keruh kemerahan. Hari ini mati sdh 2 hari, pdhl sy hanya mengandalkan pdam utk kebutuhan air rumah tangga. Mngkn ada pegawai atau pejabat pdam yg bisa jawab?
