Dah bayar rutin, padahal pakai air sumur, saat dicoba pakai air PDAM karena pompa rusak air ga keluar sedikitpun padahal rumah dekat dgn PDAM. Sangat kecewa...
I paid regularly, even though I used well water, when I tried to use PDAM water because the pump was damaged the water didn't come out at all even though the house was close to the PDAM. Very disappointed...

Gimana nih PDAMnya? Sudah tinggal setengah tahun di Kasihan, hampir setiap bulan air mati terus tanpa penjelasan atau pemberitahuan sebelumnya. Kasihan betul kami ini.
What about the PDAM? Have lived half a year in Kasihan, almost every month the water continues to die without explanation or prior notice. This is our pity.

Layanan publik paling buruk. Setiap ada perbaikan tidak pernah ada pemberitahuan. Perbaikan dan air mati dalam 12 jam terakhir terjadi selama 2x. Telepon minta dikirim suplai air tidak dikirim sampai air menyala dengan khas warna kopi selama 2 jam lebih. Komplain tidak pernah ditanggapi
Public service at its worst. Every time there is an improvement there is never a notification. Repair and dead water in the last 12 hours happened for 2x. Telephone asking to be sent water supply is not sent until the water turns on with a distinctive coffee color for 2 more hours. Complaints were never responded to
