service terburuk dlm sejarah.
 pdam bad water is often cloudy rather than clean. not recommended at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sangat kecewa.. Karena setiap mati air tdk ada pemberitahuan. Saya memiliki bayi dan saya butuh banyak air.. Jika mati mendadak bagaimana dgn aktvtas saya dn mgkin ibu² yg lain yg protes tapi hny bisa menyampaikan dgn pak rt.. Tolong untk tdk mematikan tanpa pemberitahuan. Terimakasih.

2. Harga air dan admin sangat mahal, naik terus.
3. Listrik mati 5 menit, air ikut mati tp 2 jam.
4. PDAM kok ra mampu tuku genset yo. Pdhl mbayare paling larang dewe.
5. Mbok delok tarif mbantul, klaten, magelang. Pelayanan luwih apik, tur ra larang.
6. Meter air bocor tiap kali lapor hanya suruh nulis di buku tamu dan dicuekin. bikin becek, jenes. njelei..
Nek tak dandani dewe ngko mesti didendo. kupret. Petugas pencatat meter memberi saran, kasih uang rokok mas, biar mau jalan. hari giniiii.... ealah..
7. Petugase galak2, atos2, tuo2. mesti galak mergo saiki kangelan pungli, korup.

Enak ya.. pekerjaan anda berkurang.
Tidak butuh tenaga kasir lagi.

Namun skrg ada tambahan biaya transaksi.
Tambahan itu dibebankan pada pelanggan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komplain saya untuk PDAM Unit Minomartani, Perbaiki SDM nya, khusus nya petugas yg memeriksa meteran air, sering tidak pernah mengecek meteran air... Kerja Sesuai SOP, tolong, jangan diabaikan, misal kalo petugas2nya males, Pecat saja.
