★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong mengerti keadaaan masyarakat, masyarakat ke puskesmas bukan karena banyak duit karena keterbatasan duit. Mau berobat sakit gigi ko malah di suruh ke dokter spesialis gigi... Smangat luar biasa....
 Please understand the condition of the community, people don't go to the puskesmas because they have a lot of money because they have limited money. I want to treat a toothache, why am I even told to go to a dental specialist... It's amazing....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini vaksin yg ke 2, pelayanan buruk banget, semaunya mereka, orang datang bukannya dikasih no antrian, eh nunggu berjam2 baru dikasih no antrian, malah disuruh kumpul dulu semua baru dikasih no. Eh ternyata no antriannya ga dipake, bearti sia2 ngasih no antrian kalo ga dipake mah. Buruk banget dan ga profesional. Puskesmas terburuk menurut gw.
Pernah dulu nganterin anak sakit berobat kesini pagi2 udah banyak yg datang malah nunggu, jam 8 belum ada petugasnya. Boro2 dokternya mah.

In the past, when I took a sick child for treatment here in the morning, many people came and even waited, at 8 there was no staff. Boro2 the doctor.

Sitanala dan alhamdulillah di terima dari mulai di pArkiran sama securiti langsung bantu mengarahkan untuk mengambil no. Antrian warna biru untuk BPJS setelah dapat panggilan langsung bertemu dengan perawat dan bapak saya di periksa dengan baik perawat nya pun ramah

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat di puskesmas Teluknaga itu sangat buruk !!!
Tapi lumayan terbantu sejak ada customer servicenya (sejak akhir Agustus), cuma ada 1 dokter (dr. NYOMAN) (poli umum), tidak menghargai pasien seperti tidak ada akhlak, bicara sama pasien aja seperti mau ribut (judes & cetus padahal lelaki).
Harus diperbaiki pelayanan kesehatannya.

The public health service at Teluknaga health center is very bad!!!
But it has been quite helpful since there has been customer service (since the end of August), there is only 1 doctor (dr. NYOMAN) (general poly), doesn't respect patients like there is no morals, just talking to patients is like making a fuss (judes & blasphemy even though he's a man).
Health services must be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanaannya amat sangat buruk sekali...terutama di ruang bersalin...bidannya judes2..ketus...pemalas...ga mau repot..ga mau serakah...kerjaannya cuma bisa bikin surat rujukan doang...saat ada yg mau lahiran..metode pelayanannya yg di terapkan NRR..(naik ranjang rujuk) ga nunggu lama..langsung rujuk...pengalaman pribadi..bahkan dah dua kali lahiran d sini yg barakhir rujuk..padahal sesampainya d RS rujukan ga ampe satu jam istriku melahirkan....
The service is very, very bad...especially in the delivery room...the midwife is harsh..curious...lazy...don't want to be bothered..don't want to be greedy...their job is only to make referral letters...when available those who want to give birth..the method of service that is applied by NRR..(goes up to refer to bed) doesn't have to wait long..refers immediately...personal experience..even having given birth twice here, recently referred...even though when he arrived at the referral hospital, he didn't until an hour my wife gave birth....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah 2x kesini mau vaksin susah bet dah.. Yg pertama udah tutup padahal masih jam 9 lewat. yg kedua dosisnya gak ada padahal pertama dtang dusurh kesini besok lgi dan diinfo dosisnya moderna eh tau nya kesana gak ada.. lumayan jauh" kesitu dikerjain doang .
