Saya mengantar istri ke puskesmas ini untuk periksa kehamilan , karena istri saya kondisiny sakit sudah 3 hari demam ,
Seminggu setelah saya tau istri saya hamil dia sakit demam sampe gak bisa makan
Saya bawa dia ke dokter terdekat diklinik
Dikasih obat hampir seminggu dia sakit
Akhir ny sembuh tapi setelah 3 hari istri saya sakit lagi , istri saya minta ke puskesmas buat diperiksa bidan aja karena teman ny juga rekomend untuk ke bidan dipuskesmas
Akhirny hari kamis kemarin saya bawa sekitar jam 11 siang
Posisi dia berusaha bangun buat ke sana
Dgn suhu badan yg tinggi dan juga pusing
Dia semangat mau puskesmas
Setelah sampe ditempat ini
Malah disuruh ke lantai 3 buat nanya ke bidan ny mau periksa gak ??
Tanpa pikir panjang saya dan istri langsung ke lamtai 3 , sampe disana ditanya testpack ny bawa apa gak disuruh balik besok aja jam 8 pagi belum juga saya dan istri bicara malah sdh di usir secara halus, (kalau mereka mau istirahat dan kami disuruh menunggu mungkin itu masih sopan) jujur istri saya disitu langsung diam lemas tanpa bicara akhirny kami plg , diperjalanan plg istri saya udh nahan sakit karena perut ny juga kram
Ternyata pelayanan dipuskesmas itu terbatas dgn waktu mereka , dan dipuskesmas ini kami kecewa tanpa di tanya sakit apa dan kenapa ny istri saya mereka berbuat seperti itu
Mungkin next time bagian pendaftaran lbh profesional ditanya dulu bukan malah menyuruh pasien ke lantai 3 naik tangga nanya bidan ny mau periksa apa gak itu gak masuk akal sehat karena nyawa istri dan anak saya taruhan ny
Pekerja dipuskesmas harusny lbh ramah sama org sakit termasuk ibu hamil
Saya tau dipuskesmas itu murah bahkan gratis
Kami bukan nyari gratis ny tapi nyari bidan kandungan bukan dokter biasa
Terimakasi dan maaf bila ada kata kurang sopan

I took him to the nearest doctor at the clinic
He was given medicine for almost a week
It was late, but after 3 days my wife was sick again, my wife asked to the puskesmas to be examined by a midwife because her friend also recommended to go to the midwife dipuskesmas
Finally last Thursday I brought it around 11 noon
The position he tried to get up to get there
With high body temperature and also dizzy
He is enthusiastic about going to the puskesmas
After arriving at this place
In fact, he was told to go to the 3rd floor to ask the midwife to check?
Without thinking, my wife and I went straight to Lamtai 3, until there we were asked to bring the testpack, but didn't tell me to return tomorrow, at 8 am, and my wife and I didn't even talk about being kicked out smoothly, (if they wanted to rest and we were told to wait maybe it was possible still polite) honestly my wife there immediately quietly limp without speaking at the end we plg, on the way plg my wife was already holding back pain because her stomach was also cramping
It turned out that the service at the Puskesmas was limited by their time, and at this Puskesmas we were disappointed without being asked what illness and why my wife, they did that.
Maybe next time the registration department is asked more professionally instead of telling the patient to go to the 3rd floor up the stairs asking the midwife to check whether it doesn't make sense because my wife and child lives are betting
Workers in health centers should be more friendly with sick people, including pregnant women
I know dipuskesmas is cheap and even free
We are not looking for free, but looking for a midwife is not an ordinary doctor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sya periksa kehamilan dri jam 10 cek lab pelayanan ny kurang ramah, sya yg bingung dgn prosedurny mlah kya diomelin,bagi pasien mreka bukan hnya butuh diobati tpi juga btuh pelayanan yg tulus, sya tau pra petugas mungkin bosan dan cape tpi itu resiko.
I checked my pregnancy from 10 am to check the lab, the service was not friendly, I was confused by the procedure instead I was scolded, for their patients not only need treatment but also need sincere service, I know the officers may be bored and tired but that is a risk.

Saya hamil 3 bulan, saya dtg kepuskesmas mau periksa kondisi khmilan krena saya Dan suami mau cek nya di puskes saja. Dan saya pilih puskes tegal alur 1 ini karena jarak nya lebih dekat dari tempat tinggal saya.
Pas saya smpai di lantai 3 ,saya masuk ke ruangan bidannya, melayani dg tidak ramah, seperti org kesal. Padahal saya cek dipuskes bayar, tidak gratis. Saya bayar Lo ya.
Cukup sekali cek disini, melayani tidak pakai hati. Anda digaji dg fasilitas masyarakat juga. Saya bayar. Layani dg sepenuh hati, jangan asal seenaknya saja

I'm 3 months pregnant, I came to the health center to check my pregnancy condition because my husband and I just wanted to check it at the health center. And I chose this Tegal Grove 1 Health Center because it is closer to where I live.
When I arrived on the 3rd floor, I entered the midwife's room, serving unfriendlyly, like an annoyed person. Even though I checked at the health center, it was not free. I pay lol yes.
It's enough to check here once, serve without heart. You are paid with community facilities too. I pay. Serve with all your heart, don't just take it lightly
