Lebih baik daripada yg di Jl. kumbang raya gedung bertingkat tapi pelayanan zero. Oh iya namanya ganti yah bukan Pegadungan 1 tp Kalideres kalo tak salah.
Better than the one on Jl. kumbang raya multi-storey building but zero service. Oh yeah, change the name, right? Not Pegadungan 1 but Kalideres if I'm not mistaken.

Di Puskesmas Pegadungan 1 ini ada Loket Antrian Daftar, Pengecekan Tensi Darah, Timbang berat badan, Poli Umum, Poli Gigi, Poli KIA / KB, Toilet Pasien, Apotek, Pantry, Ruang Tunggu Pasien. MOHON DI PERBAIKI PELAYANANNYA Daftar antrian siang di mulai jam 13.30 wib kadang sudah jam 14.00 lewat walau ada antrian sedikit belum di mulai juga, termasuk antrian panggilan cek tensi darah dan Antrian Panggilan dokter, jadi yg daftar jam 13.00 bisa di panggil jam 14.00 lebih oleh dokter paling cepet. JAM MAKAN SIANG CUKUP LAH 1 JAM, KENAPA HARUS MOLOR WAKTU OPERASIONAL SETELAH JAM MAKAN SIANG??
At Pegadungan 1 Puskesmas there is a List Queue Counter, Blood Pressure Checking, Weighing Weight, General Poli, Dental Poli, KIA / KB Poli, Patient Toilets, Pharmacy, Pantry, Patient Waiting Room. PLEASE IMPROVE THE SERVICE List of noon queues starting at 13.30 WIB sometimes it is already 14.00 even though there is a queue a little has not started as well, including the queue for blood pressure check calls and the doctor's call queue, so those who register at 13.00 can be called at 14.00 more by the fastest doctor. LUNCH HOURS IS 1 HOUR ENOUGH, WHY SHOULD THE OPERATIONAL TIME MOLOR AFTER LUNCH TIME??

Untuk dokter gigi sama sekali tidak ramah, tidak sabaran menangani Anak kecil. Bukannya kasih solusi tapi malah menakut2ki dan lepas tangan bilang tidak sanggup menangani. Sebelumnya di puskesmas lain dokternya ramah2 . saya di rujuk kesini karena info alat untuk menambal gigi adanya di sini.
Dentists are not at all friendly, impatient to handle small children. Instead of giving a solution, but instead scaring and letting go of saying they can't handle it. Previously at other health centers the doctors were friendly. I was referred here because the info on tools for filling teeth is here.

berobat gigi disini .. Sumpah ya kalo gak terpaksa berobat kesini karena faskes bpjs nya disini . mending gak usah . terutama dokter gigi nya . dokter tuh ya kasih penjelasan ke pasien yg baik .bukan nya ngejelek"in pasien . mana lg terima pasien malah main hape terus .. Dibayar sama pemerintah buat melayani rakyat . tolong dong pelayanan nya di perbaiki terutama utk dokter gigi nya
get dental treatment here .. I swear yes if not forced to seek treatment here because the BPJS health facility is here. it's better don't have to. especially her dentist. the doctor, yes, I give an explanation to a good patient. instead of being bad "in the patient. where do you thank the patient instead he keeps on playing the cellphone .. Paid by the government to serve the people. Please improve the service, especially for the dentist.

Hmmmm .. Dateng jam setengah 12, disuruh balik lagi jam 1 siang, katanya udh jam istirahat .. petugas udah lepas APD semua, Okelah kita balik jam 1 .. Udh on time Dateng jam 1, malah nunggu lagi sampe jam 2 entah alasan nya apa. Padahal dokter sama perawat nya lagi ngobrol semua di dalem ruang pendaftaran, dan saya denger dengan jelas hal yg mereka obrolin tuh bukan kepentingan urgent alias nge ghibah doang -_____ Apakah ini namanya pasien itu ga penting?? Ataukah ini yg namanya korupsi waktu??? Terus suster nya juga marah² ga jelas, nyuruh keluar orang² yg nganterin pasien berobat .. Lah ini tertera di depan pintu boleh masuk 1 orang aja, yg nganterin emg cuma 1 org per pasien susteeeerrrr.. ngapain nganter berobat nyampe sekeluarga?? Tolong manner nya lah di perbaiki!! Malu tuh sama jubah nya ..
