★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan tidak baik. Mau ngambil uang diteller kok disebutin jumlah nya pake pengeras suara kan anehhh.. Bikin geregetan mana jumlahnya gede lagi! Kan bikin degdegan takut ada orang jahat yg denger, aduh parah bgt ga profesional baru nemu bank bri yg kaya bgini pegawai nya.. Selama dijkt ga pernah kaya begitu pasti cuman dipanggil nya nama doang tidak dengan nominal nya! Beda dengan di unit ini.
 Service is not good. How come I want to take the money at the seller, how come the amount is mentioned using a loudspeaker, isn't it weird .. Which makes it irritating, the amount is big again! It makes me nervous that there are bad people listening, oh my, it's so bad that it's not a professional just to find a bri bank that's rich like its employees ... As long as it's never rich, it's certain to just call it a name that's not the nominal one! Unlike in this unit.

the service is bad. Those who have business, better find another unit, don't go here. regret it later here. really slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan paling lelet buruk pecat aja smua karyawanya gk guna... lelet paraahhhh. jauh sama palayanannya bca. dari dulu gk pernah memperbaiki diri. bri payah. satpam pecat aja plyanan buruk.
the worst slow service, just fire all the employees, it's useless... slow paraahhhh. much the same as the BCA service. I've never improved myself since. bri lousy. the security guard just fires bad service.

Sy dpet no antrian 736.
Padahal cm selisih 10 nomor urut, tp sampai sore nomor antrian gak sampai 736.
Padahal banyak yg keluar msk ke CS.
security ( Ramon) bilang ada yg dr yayasan & ada nomor antriannya, tp yg msk itu puluhan org, klo ada nomor antriannya, harusnya urusan sy selesai siang.
Saya sangat kecewa dengan cabang ini.
